Try on another mobile device. It seems to be working fine for me.

I'm a novice at HTML and CSS and I launched a simple responsive website with only one page, but then I managed to add a couple of pages more to it after a few days. Everything looks good on desktop and when I make it smaller to 350px width via developer tools, it actually looks good as it should and all responsive.

However, when I enter it from my mobile phone it looks horrible as CSS becomes almost inexistent. The logo becomes a link with underlines, the tweet widget is still there (I disabled it via display: none; in media queries because it takes too long to load), the social media section is distorted, all images are huge, and so on.
Is there something wrong with my mobile phone? I tried to look for cache in Site Settings - Data Stored in Chrome, but there was nothing for my website there.
Now I tried the Opera browser and the website looks good as it should. What should I do to make it update on Chrome? And will it update as it should the next time I make changes to it? Thank you!

I could see the page properly in my Android mobile Chrome browser. Please clear cookies once and ensure the zoom in is not enabled. Attached is my screenshot. Screen size: 393x719px
I am having a problem with a website that I have made.
Whenever i try to open it in Chrome in a low resolution device, the nav bar remains like a 1920x1080 pc, and the loading circle that pop ups when you enter the site is not centered in either chrome or safari.
I Know I am messing up with the CSS but cant figure out how.
My site.
Thanks
I am building a website which works fine on browsers on a laptop but when i start using the same on a mobile browser, i see that the only thing I am able to do on my mobile browser is to double tap to zoom in and be able to click and type.
I am not able to scroll or move the web page around to change the view port.
Has someone experienced the same problem before?
I am using bootstrap for this and the layout is responsive.
Please help.
Thank you
i know this is not a question about source code, however i need to find the solution. So, This is my site.
After i finished making the site, I resized my browser window, the responsive css worked perfectly. However, when I tryied to see my site from my mobile phone the only thing I could was the top bar..
I developed a mobile site using Twitter bootstrap, site is rendering very good on desktop browsers as well as on some mobile browsers, but on android's default browser the site is only showing background image.
Can anyone tell why this problem is there?
