I'm not sure what exactly you are talking about.
Please be more specific and detailed about what do you require help with.
All that I understand is that you want to implement Push Notification in Windows Phone.
For that, have a look at the following article.
It also has a web project that can serve as a push notification server.

Purpose:
To be able to use clasp run on VS Code
I did...
followed this instruction. https://github.com/google/clasp/blob/master/docs/run.md
And I could successfully finish steps 1 - 4. As long as I know, I could get everything I was expecting.
Problem:
But on step 5, I got this error message below, check this screenshot.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? And thank you for reading.

Your project is still in testing; you either need to add the account you're trying to authorize as a test user, or set the project's publishing status to "In production" i.e. publish it.
Here's a video that shows you how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_NPvk0pk8g
The sidebar in that video isn't quite up to date however: I recommend searching for oauth in the top bar while having the appropriate project selected and clicking on OAuth consent screen.
I've not been able to find straight forward instructions on how to avoid caching problems when developing a js app with vue cli.
For example, when we deploy a new version of the app with npm run build, we can see that a new app.xxxxx.js is deployed, where the xxxxxx part is a new hash that I guess webpack is generating.
We host this in an Windows 2012 IIS Server.
Now when I tell my customer we have solved the latest issues that have been found in the app, it seems that they have caching problems, as they still have the previous version, even if they close and reopen the browser.
Is there any way to avoid this behaviour?
Try to follow the below steps which help you to disable the cache in iis.
1)Open iis manager.
2)Select the site and click on the "HTTP response header feature".
3)Click on the set common header link from the action pane.
4)click the checkbox "expire web content" and select "immediately" radio button.
You could also set output caching in iis:

I have a download link for an app (ad hoc, only to work on a few designated devices for testing). I have configured my plist file correctly, so the app itself downloads and installs without any issues. However, I think due to it being ad hoc, it does not install the certificate needed to run the app (I currently get the untrusted developer alert, and their is no certificate in general settings for me to trust).
So I tried to add a link for the provisioning profile on the same download page. Clicking on the link in the browser brings up an alert saying that Settings wants to show me a configuration profile. I click allow and it takes me to the Profile area in General settings, but there is nothing there.
How would I go about creating a simple link to download the profile onto the device? The code I used for the link is pretty straight forward.
Profile
Can anybody help? Many thanks in advance.
So I tried to add a link for the provisioning profile on the same download page.
You are not in a right direction. No one will ever do such download profile thing.
For Ad Hoc build, you have to add your desired devices to your ad hoc provisioning profile. I assume you did not do it so you can download the app but cannot install it.
So check your developer certificate portal and remember to re-generate your provisioning profile having these devices checked. And then build the app again with the new provisioning profile.
So it turns out that the issue was when I was archiving the project from Xcode to an IPA file. I was using the default setting for the developer certificate that I should be signing my app with. It also had a dropdown list to select a second certificate (which as far as I can tell is still the same certificate). Selecting the second one seemed to sort the issue out, where as the default option for some reason did not include the certificate with my IPA file. Not sure why it worked this way, to be honest. App now installs and runs without any issues.
I developed a app and extension, the extension should add some special headers in order to know if the user has our extension installed and verify some security issues.
Users install our app through our server in a wizard, firstly install the extension and later the app.
Before Google Chrome 45 when a user launch our app the server detect the headers (added by the extension) , validate the user and redirect to a client page. After update
Google Chrome (v45), the headers are ignored and never sent with the request.
Only when uninstall the application the extension works and add all required headers, if install the app again, then the extension stop working.
Debugging into this, I see, if the url of app and the url patterns to modify the headers match, Google Chrome ignore the changes done by the extension.
Is possible modify header of our app using our extension?.. is a bug or is required add some new permissions?
It's a bug; sorry, I could not reply earlier since it's a result of a security fix that was not public before.
This is expected to be fixed at least in Chrome 46, but probably will be ported back to 45 since this prompted much public outrage.
I have just installed Vault on my machine, I intend touse it single user.
When trying to use it for the first time, I get the error message below.
Is there anything I should enable?
I have the correct passwords.
I am using the Admin account.
I have Windows * 64 bits, Vault is also 64 bits.
Thanks to Beth's answer below, now I can at least visualise the following page, but still not be able to follow the links in it.
This is the result I get when I click on the links(Picture below).
Error messages are below, but the formatting is not good.
Most likely causes: The request matched a wildcard mime map.
The request is mapped to the static file handler. If there were different pre-conditions, the request will map to a different handler.
Things you can try: If you want to serve this content as a static file, add an explicit MIME map.

IIS:
I have IIS installed and if I browse it I see what's on the picture below.
First try reaching the Vault server using a browser. Try the URL http://<your Vault server name>/vaultservice/index.html. If you can not reach that page, then change to either the FQDN or the IP address.
If you still cannot reach the index.html page, then try reaching it using a browser right on the server and use localhost. The URL would then be http://localhost/vaultservice/index.html.
Let me know the results of these URLs first and then I'll give you next steps.

Thanks for the update.
The error seems to indicate a problem with the .NET Framework. Here are the next steps you should try.
1) Register the .NET framework with IIS. Run a command-prompt as administrator and then change directories until you get to the highest version of the 4.x .NET framework. It might look something like cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.net\framework64\v4.0.30319, but I'm not sure of the entire path on your machine. Then run the command aspnet_regiis -i.
Then try your web page again.
2) If you then get a 404.2 error, then open your IIS Manager, click on the machine name and then click on ISAPI and CGI restrictions. Make sure the .NET frameworks are set to Allow there.
