I'm following the instructions from https://stackoverflow.com/a/16183654/1682047 to get the default password for the web administration interface for Couchbase community edition 3.0 on Mac OSX.
The output I'm getting is:
{"Administrator",
{password,
{<<238,136,67,75,141,237,40,59,33,177,155,180,223,187,81,66>>,
<<192,248,28,234,200,221,64,180,227,97,224,218,72,185,178,209,10,
35,227,195>>}}}]},
How do I interpret this?
Alternatively is the default password listed somewhere (doesn't show up when googling)? Links to couchbase forums from Google also seem to be broken.
The default account details are:
User: Administrator
Password: password
You can also use the cbreset_password tool to change forgotten passwords.
Oops, this was due to me having a data directory around from a previous install. To fix this I just deleted the existing directory at /Users/your_user_name/Library/Application Support/Couchbase.

I recently installed Mifos X on my laptop on Windows 10 Pro using the Xampp server.
I put the fineract folder in the htdocs as I would with all the other framework. Only problem, after following all the steps, I was using mariaDB server and I set the password differently from the one they suggested (note: I followed all the instructions only changed the MySQL Server pword differently and was using pma as workbench).
I would like some assistance on how to fix the credential problems as well as being able to set up the incubator-fineract for developers.
Thank you!
You need to place the war file inside the tomcat webapps directory and I strongly suggest that you use the pre-defined username and password for mysql connection , if you like in production you can do this so by editing this file
https://github.com/apache/fineract/blob/develop/fineract-provider/src/main/java/org/apache/fineract/infrastructure/core/boot/db/DataSourceProperties.java
Apache Fineract uses self singed certificate , one has to open the https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/
You will see the screen to accept and store the certificate in your browser and then you can login via your UI.
I have no idea how Windows Server works. All I want to do is gain access to a database in mySQL on Windows Server. Is there a phpmyadmin like there is on Cpanel? I have no idea where to go.
It's a Windows Server 2012 that runs Apache and mySQL on which Wordpress is installed.
Someone please help.
Personally, for accessing mysql databases in a windows app, I use HeidiSQL.. But we don't do recommendations for software on SO, so you're free to choose whatever you want and I'm not going to focus on particular software in this answer
To access the mysql instance you'll need to know the username and password of a user with sufficient privileges to do what you want. If you don't know this username/password, a good place to sart looking is in the config files of any apps (like your apache web apps, wordpress etc) that use the db and see if you can read the password out in plain text there.. With luck the person who set all this up will have left behind the username/password in a config file and yu're away. If your question is about how to break into a database where you don't know the password, make an edit so this is more clear
You might check to see if PHPMyAdmin or MySQL workbench is installed; both are great tools for managing MySQL databases and popular with Wordpress developers
Thanks guys. Yes the server happened to have HeidiSQL installed on it and I was able to access the database.
Thanks for your help.
I just start using Google Cloud Platform today and I create a LAMP stack machine, which run Debian 8, following Google they dont give any support for it and I'm trying to figure out which was the password they put on my SU and the password they put on the MySQL database.
Anyone has a idea?
I tryed using my own google password for superuser without any success.
Thank you for reading and replying!
Go to the Deployment manager on Google Play, https://console.cloud.google.com/dm/deployments, click your deployment and on the right side you will see the following: MySQL password (Temporary)
On the properties and info of the VM (Lamp Stack), in my case lamp-1 you can found the password autogenerated with the name mysqlRootPassword
What's the default username and password for SAP BO CMC and BI Launch pad? I installed the trial version of SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4 edge edition. While installation it didn't ask for this credential to set.
The user name for the administrator account is simply administrator. BI4 and previous versions always asked to provide a password during the installation, although you could leave it black in previous version. So you should have specified a password while installing (twice even, for verification purposes).
Just to be on the safe side: if you're unable to log on, always make sure that you've selected Enterprise` as type of authentication.
If you cannot remember the password, you can reset it, which involves direct manipulation of the CMS repository database. Have a look at SAP note 1679970 - How to reset the Administrator password in Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 which describes the steps involved (you'll need a support account to view the note).
user name is by default : Administrator.
Setup always asks you the password during installation so if you forgot the password than please contact sap support they are very supportive, They will handle your problems.
But if you have performed silent installation than go to config file which is being used for installation and check the string which is against the CMS Password tag .: That will be your password for central management server (CMS).
How to use check_mysql_health plugin on windows, please list down all the steps.
This link - http://labs.consol.de/nagios/check_mysql_health/
explains the installation of check_mysql_health
Assuming you have Nagios setup ready
Assuming you have followed all the steps mentioned my the excellent gentleman who created the plugin
assuming you have allowed MySQL through windows firewall
assuming you have user who can access all the USAGE information of MySQL (you can use root user)
assuming you can access the windows MySQL server from the Nagios machine (using the same user in step above)
The task is accomplished. (Or I have not understood question at all)
Do you still need steps ?
