You should set read write and execute permissions for the Internet Guest Account (IUSR_MachineName of IIS < 7, or IUSR for IIS >= 7) on windows temp folder%SystemRoot%\TEMP

I use the client to visit https://127.0.0.1/demo/tile, I could get response:(Proto:"HTTP/3"),
when I use chrome and chrome beta to visit https://127.0.0.1/demo/tile, I find chrome only use http/1.1 to visit my server.
My Question is : How I can use chrome to visit https://127.0.0.1/demo/tile through HTTP/3?

reading https://www.chromium.org/quic/quic-faq it says:
How do I aim Chrome at the test server? If you have an HTTP server,
you'll need it to emit a response header that looks like:
Alternate-Protocol: quic:< QUIC server port >
Then you can just run chrome as usual and it will automatically start
using QUIC.
If you're testing only with the toy quic server, you can do something
like:
% chrome --disable-setuid-sandbox --enable-quic
--origin-to-force-quic-on=localhost:6121 http://localhost:6121/
If you need help troubleshooting, try running the QUIC server with

I've installed omd 2.90-labs-edition. After creating new site I want to login to check_mk (1.2.8.p20) web interface, but the given credentials do not work, I've got "Invalid credentials". This credentials only work for thruk web interface.
Here's output for creating a new site:
Adding /omd/sites/test/tmp to /etc/fstab.

Apache port 5000 is in use. I've choosen 5001 instead.
Restarting Apache...OK
Created new site test with version 2.90-labs-edition.
The site can be started with omd start test.
The default web UI is available at https://servername/test/
The admin user for the web applications is omdadmin with password: password
(It can be changed with the 'set_admin_password' command as site user.)
Please do a su - test for administration of this site.
New site is started, but login page for https://server_address/test/check_mk/login.py only gives me "invalid credentials" after login to "omdadmin" user.

Unable to reach IceConnectionState "completed" in new chrome browser "Version 52.0.2743.116 m" only getting IceConnectionState "checking", but same code working fine with chrome browser Version 51.0.2704.103 m media is flowing in this version.
I'm using kurento media server 6.0 and libnice version 0.1.13. Is this is the problem of kurento do I need to update anything ? (Server is returning SDP and IceCandidate in both browser version)
Chrome 52 changed the DTLS handshake (see the release notes) which might cause this if the servers ssl lib is too old.

Which server returns the request error? (Or which URLs should I try from browser to nail down which server is failing?) Since I have to wait for a 40sec timeout, I would like to fix the server that EWS can't connect to.
It appears that server3.contoso.de is failing in the first example, and that contoso.de is failing in the second.
Actually i was trying to have a login page in phonegap using eclipse,so now i have html code in eclipse as well as php code in localhost,I am getting the php code using Json in eclipse.
But after entering username & password and pressing login button.Now the issue comes that
