WP8 apps over HTTPS failure over the last weekend - windows-phone-8

Everybody, We have released two WP8 apps that communicating with our backend server over HTTPS. We bought and installed the SSL certificate for HTTPS from Entrust. The 2 WP8 apps worked very well before May 30 but failed suddenly this week. The 2 WP8 apps reported HTTP 404 error this week. At the same time our Android and iOS apps that communicating with the same backend server over HTTPS have worked well before and are working well this week. It is weird. We suspect there is some change from Microsoft side on SSL,security policy, etc. But we, as formal WP developers, didn't receive any formal change notification from Microsoft and searched internet without getting any useful clue. Pls help and advice if you have experienced the same weird HTTPS issue with WP8 apps.By the way, I am contacting Microsoft now and haven't gotten any useful feedback yet. Thanks a lot!

Windows authentication not working properly on Chrome

So this is kind of odd.
My scenario:
Web server running IIS, hosting asp.net applications
SQL server
As they are on separate servers, I had to set up kerberos delegation. I have got this working.
So a user goes to asp.net application hosted on the web server, and it authenticates them to the SQL server.
On one of my web apps, when they go to it in Chrome, I get the error page with SQL authentication failed due to Anonymous user. If they go to the same app in IE, it works correctly.
Here is the really odd part - if they then go to it again in Chrome, it works!
So I guess there is some inconsistency in how Chrome authenticates.
I found someone suggesting it might be to do with the IIS negotiation providers, but as it needs kerberos delegation I have to have "Negotiate" as the first option or it fails completely.
I guess I could just tell users they have to use IE, but I would prefer to get it to work in Chrome.
Any thoughts?
(Possibly similar to Kerberos not working with Chrome but it's all on intranet zone, so don't think there's anything to whitelist)

Error when sideloading an Outlook add-in

When I try to sideload my Outlook add-in, created based on the last Ignite session by Andrew Salamatov, I get following error when I add the add-in from a URL (https://bulkpermissiondemo.azurewebsites.net/manifest-bulkpermission.xml): "The app can't be installed. This app isn't supported by the version of Exchange Server that your account connects to."
any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks :-)
We’ve tried installing the manifest provided in the link but were unable to reproduce the error listed in the original post on recent builds. Could you try installing the manifest again and see if the same error occurs? If so, would you be willing to provide the email address for the account you are trying to install the add-in to? Then we can take a look at the server logs to see what the issue might be.

How to fix NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID on my site while using google chrome on macOS Sierra Version 10.12?

When i tried to open my site (https://thaimeditationcenter.com/) by Google Chrome on My mac using macOS Sierra Version 10.12 i got an error like this.
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from thaimeditationcenter.com
(for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
Automatically report details of possible security incidents to Google. Privacy policy
But when i open it on Firefox , Safari or Google chrome on my Iphone it seems fine there was no error at all.
How can i fix this?
Thanks!
According to SSLLabs your site is not configured properly:
Chain issues Incomplete
This means that a chain certificates is missing. Some browsers cache chain certificates when visiting other sites and therefore can work around this problem. Other browsers try to download the missing chain certificate. The rest will fail because the trust chain cannot be built.
To fix this you need to add the missing chain certificate to your server configuration. While doing that you should probably also fix all the other problems shown by the SSLLabs report which lead to a bad Grade F for your site.

Localhost not loading in any browser

I have asked a similar question before here I sort of fixed it but im still facing a similar issue. Every time I try to load localhost, port 8095, I receive this error message in Google Chrome:
Google Chrome's connection attempt to localhost was rejected. The
website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.
If there is a way to fix it, please tell me,
If not, please could someone inform me how to reset IIS to its original settings. Or if I can reset Windows Features so I can re-install ISS from scratch.
My website uses ASP with a connection to a SQL Server database (2012). Basic HTML pages also don't load under the URL, localhost:8095/
The servers were stopped because 2 services within administrative tools had stopped. World Wide Web Publishing Service and Web Management Service

At google Community somebody answered like this:
I have found the culprit. I use Spybot Search & Destroy's Anti-Beacon software to block telemetry data that Windows 10 constantly sends to Microsoft. This is why trying multiple Windows 10 machines that I have configured did not alleviate the problem. Somehow one of the IP block entries it adds to the Windows Firewall now conflicts with Google Hangouts. I will report this to the software vendor.
