I create a new window phone app to sending email to any user.I am already search on google but dn't get any result.basically this app is like a contact us page.

Is there a way to send a local notification with AIR in iOS and Android? I don't see any API but maybe there is a ANE? I think Android supports Alarm Intents. That would work as well.

I have been looking for an online tool to work with html/JSP web pages.
Why do you need online tool if you can simply use windows notepad? If you aren't introduced to the programming of html, use w3schools to learn. Perhaps if you need an online article/blog, people commonly use blogger.com or wordpress (just search it on google)

I'm looking for a service that can implement live customer support, like some kind of live chat, but that doesn't have to have someone online in a platform, but can receive tickets and messages in Gmail.
Any thoughts?
To any person interested, I found my solution at Zopim. They have really good support and the feature I was looking for is already implemented.
You can link the live support with any IM Messenger you want, and therefore you are not obliged to have someone logged in a platform, so as to offer live chat to your visitors.

I am looking for a Video player that can run on both iPhone/iPad and Android phones.
The main issue is the ability to handle VAST (video advertisement tags)
Any suggestion are welcome
After much searching the only solution I have found is a player from Kaltura.
(They got an open source player too)

Is there a web service for converting HTML to PDF?
Currently we are doing this ourselves, but we would like to take this load off our servers.

DocRaptor should do the trick. It's a web service, so you'll be able to give your server a break.
You could use the Python ReportLab library from Google's AppEngine, or if you are happy to use a 3rd-party service, PDFCrowd will do this for you.
