Oracle ADF mobile website not loading on Windows Phone 8 - html

I have created a mobile website using Oracle's ADF. When I view it on Internet Explorer 10 (Windows Phone 8) website just shows a blank page.
When I change the Website Preference on IE10(Windows Phone 8) to Desktop Version, the mobile site works perfectly, But when i change Website Preference back to Mobile Version the website shows a blank/white page.
Any reasons for this? How will i be able to fix this?
Thanks in advance!

a way to see my website as if on a ipad

I've got a little problem with my website and ipad/iphones. A certain tag in my css causes problems and I'm unable to check if I've solved the problem. Is there a way to look at my website as if on an ipad while not actually buying an ipad. Is there something like an ipad emulator or something?
You can use web (free) services that provide such functionality. There is a lot of them. For example: http://ipadpeek.com/ or http://mobiletest.me/.
There is also a simple solution that doesn't require any further app installation.
If you're running google Chrome you can enter the developer tools by hitting F12 on a PC and Command+option+I on a Mac.
In the developer tools you have on the top left corner of the screen a mobile device emulator, which you can choose various different models of mobile devices from. not just iPad and iPhone.
Note that you have to refresh the page each time you change a device emulator. Otherwise it won't load with all the characteristics of the current emulation.

How can I easily inspect the html returned for the mobile version of my MVC site?

I've just begun working with MVC 4 for the first time and have a simple site that has a separate desktop and mobile version of several views. I have always used Page Inspector or my desktop browsers to examine and work with the html source that I get back from the webserver. I'm using Electric Plum to test my site on Safari in the iPhone/iPad emulator (I don't see that you can get a view of the html source from the emulator). So I need a new browser, a new emulator, or way to trick the webserver with one of my current browsers so that I can easily work with the html I'm getting back for my mobile views. Any suggestions?
Here's a link on how to use Google Chrome to emulate different devices.
Link
If you have a Mac:
open your site on the iPhone/iPad on Safari app
connect your iPhone/iPad via USB
enable the developer mode in Settings > Safari > Advanced
open Safari on your laptop
in the top bar, go into Development > Phone's name > page's name
The Safari Web Inspector is opened and lets you inspect all your dom elements and even alter them from your desktop.
In Firefox you can select Tools > Web Developer > Responsive Design View (CTRL + SHIFT + M).

Site displays as blank on mobile phones

A site that we worked on that used to display on iPhone and Blackberry now shows up as blank on both. However, it does display as usual on iPad. To be clear, we never developed a specific mobile site, but it did show up as is. The site can be found at www.ambit-consulting.com. Any ideas?
I tried it on the iOS simulator which emulates iOS4.2 and it looks fine.
