What is messaging queue and why its required?
What will be advantage if we will use messaging queue ?
i have checked http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Message_queue.
To decouple front and backend processes in an asynchronous message.
Not something you need for a mom and pop eocommerce shop, but something you use when youa re amazon, for example
Order comes in, submit it to a queue for processing. Have other computers in the back process is async.
This gives ou scalability (multiple backend computers) and resilience (backend down you can still push things into the queue). You can not have scalability or high uptime in these scenarios without a queue based system.

I've webhook, which is hitting with multiple entries on my function. Sometime when there are 10 to 15 request, the database insert and update query is missing.
There could be many solutions like :-
Add Queuing system, on api request add job in queue response back & let queue add to database.
Use what databases do, they add to file and then from file they push to database.
There could be many other solutions and also maybe above 2 may not work for you perfectly, which solution to choose depends upon what you are doing

I have recently been thinking about one of my websites. It's getting big and gaining a community and I have realized; how would I implement new features. Would I code instantly on the website or would I have to pull a backup and code on it then put it back up on the server. Because both methods seem to be inefficient.
Would there be a way that I can do such a thing, like a version system (similar to apps)?
Create a duplicate, test your code until you're satisfied. Check the edge cases. Try to break it. Then, when you're sure it's solid, roll it out to your users during very light usage because you might need to turn off the whole site during the upgrade.
Testing, testing, testing is they key.

There are jobs running on the GPU, and if I run another code on top of it, the code stops at the point of cudaDeviceSynchronize(). Why does this happen?
Currently only one process is allowed to use a GPU at a given point in time. There is no fairness nor quantum to kill a ''job'' in case it runs for hours in a GPU. The basic usage is first come first serve.
But you may use the CUDA Multi-Process Service (MPS). It basically allows multiple processes to share a single gpu

What is the name where the application shows messages of any updates available whenever the update is available?
Is it called web service?
For example, I have installed an antivirus (avast); sometimes a small popup message shows that an update is available.
I have very vague idea about it, it must be contacting the server periodically for checking the new updates are available or not.
I do not know what the application name is so I was not able to search.
It's called an auto-update software feature. It's part of the software itself usually - If you'd like to look at some API's regarding implementing them into your application, find out more here. WinSparkle is also something you could look into if your doing Windows development.
Those are vendor dependant solutions. It is usually not a separate software checking for updates. All they do is query a web service that replies with the 'current' version. At least as long as talking about MS-Windows. More elegant and efficient solutions exist in the Linux environment.

Do any languages that support retry constructs in exception handling track and expose the number of times their catch/rescue (and/or try/begin) blocks have been executed in a particular run?
I find myself counting (and limiting) the number of times a code block is re-executed after an exception often enough that this would be a handy language built-in.
This is a really interesting question. I did a little research and apparently there is a design pattern called the circuit breaker pattern which was developed to handle such things. I have never heard of the pattern before and can't find much information about it.
There is a library which handles retrying an event for .NET available, might be worth a look. Heres a link to an article about it:
