you can use it and its going to work but is it always work?
and what is my other option for map engine?
is Boycott about iran going to be problem?
There isn't any obstacle from google for iran, but sometimes you'll see errors :D (for different reasons: network problem, ssh limitation, etc).
if your project limits to tehran you can use tehran map API else i think nothing ;)
i prefer google map now.

I don't know really how to ask this as a question because I'm not sure what is going on: in my Google Chrome browser the search bar's text is upside down when I try to type in it or click on it, everything else on the page is the proper way and when I click off the search bar the text goes back to normal. Is there something that I may have done to have this happen? It just started today and it is really really annoying. The only inference I have seen about this happening to someone else was on here: http://www.reddit.com/r/chrome/comments/336245/ and although several people claimed to have a similar problem that started occuring this week no one has been able to solve it
Go into your Chrome Settings > Advanced Settings > un-check Use hardware acceleration when available.
Not sure why but it fixed my issue. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I suspect that someone has copy-pasted my website HTML and is using it as their own. How can I find out who it is? Is there any way to track them down?
I know that I can reverse-image search.
Is there a way to search the internet by webpage html fragments?
If they didn't rehost my resources, is there a way to check who is hotlinking my CSS or JS, if anyone? (what this person mentioned but didn't explain Hotlinking my Cascading Style Sheets )
You can check the request body fields, assuming that they're stealing your server's bandwith. You can also write a crawler that tries to match your html with other but It won't be reliable. Maybe you can use Google to find specific html blocks: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_hacking

We have developed a Droid Tablet GPS App which utilizes Google Maps. One of our users reports that sometimes the maps show partially blurry:
They are using a wireless connection. And this is an application used in a vehicle (i.e. so the maps update and pan as user moves around).
Does this happen because Google first renders low resolution images and then updates them with high res images? And in this case the connection could have been lost before the high resolution images loaded?
Is there any way to prevent this?
NOTE: please before someone tags this as "Not programming related" listen to me. I am posting here because on the relevant Google Groups the moderator is encouraging people to post to StackOver flow using this tag. (Read More).
No, AFAIK there's no way to prevent this on the client side. It's just how Google Maps works.

Can the Joomla search function search through Custom HTML Modules? Anytime I enter a keyword in my search box, it only returns results from Categories, Contacts, Articles, Newsfeeds, and Weblinks. However, most of my website content is on these custom modules. Sorry, I'm new at Joomla and any help would be appreciated!
It wouldn't really make sense because how would you return the results? Modules do not have urls to link to.
Out of the box this feature is not implemented and I don't know of any extensions which do that. However, you could write your own search plugin: http://docs.joomla.org/Plugin_Development

I'm using OpenTok for audio-only calls. When I view the site on Chrome, I get a prompt asking for both camera and microphone permissions, even though I'm only using the microphone. Also, my camera light turns on even though it's an audio-only call. Is there any way I can fix these issues?
Chrome does not let developers change the words "camera and microphone". As for the light, if you are using a built-in camera and microphone, the camera will turn on, because that is how your laptop signals that you're using the built-in microphone. If you have an external microphone, then the camera light will not turn on.
