Sublime Text sidebar scroll plugin - sublimetext2

Is there a Sublime Text plugin that will always show my current file in the sidebar?
I've found the packaged "SyncedSidebar" which seems to be a popular answer. But it doesn't really work since if you have a long list of files open, the file you are currently working on may be below the bottom of the editor. There is nothing that scrolls it into view.
Is there a plugin that will always keep the opened file scrolled into my current sidebar?

Not sure what your issue is exactly... but as far as sidebar scrolling goes, I have tried your scenario, opening a ton of files, and i can scroll just fine on ST2 and ST3.
However, the plugin I use for sidebar stuff is not SyncedSidebar, but SideBarEnhancements. If you use Package Control, you can easily find it. Or you can look it up on GitHub.

XCart page showing random code at the top of the page

I'm building a website using x-cart and all of a sudden I'm getting this line of code appearing at the top of the page.
class="area-c skin-customer skin-XC_ColorSchemes-customer skin-theme_tweaker-customer authorized target-main no-sidebars">
While navigating through the webmaster mode theme tweaker, it appears this line shows up outside what I would expect in the content (that is, when I click on regular page content the relevant file in theme tweaker is highlighted yet nothing happens when I click the code).
Any advice on clearing this away would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
So it turns out in one of my template files there was an if condition followed by a class without an opening bracket.
I think the reason I hadn't spotted this is that rather than matched the text above, the code read along the lines of
case="{function.doThis()}>

Github pages not showing images inside my div

I created a new repo and uploaded all the files but the images in my div id="Container" inside my index files are not showing up. https://github.com/hkhan194/tres-chic/tree/gh-pages
I looked into all other questions regarding this matter and tried them but still no image showing.
#Hkhan I have tried the link in IE and Google Chrome,
In IE:
Your website is working fine, the images are getting displayed.
In Google Chrome:
The images are not getting displayed and when i checked the console ,I am getting this error
Error:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://hkhan194.github.io/tres-chic/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/jquery.mixitup/latest/jquery.mixitup.min.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Solution:
It seems that Google chrome is not allowing acceptance of the script from the url you have mentioned for the JS.
So the "mixItUp is not a function" error is getting thrown since the mixItUp function is from the former JS file.
So you could save that javascript file as "jquery.mixitup.min.js" in your github in a specific path and then include the javascript in the tag in your index file as shown below,
<script src="Your path/jquery.mixitup.min.js"></script>
First off, this isn't really a GitHub pages question. GitHub pages simply hosts your files. This is really a question about the HTML.
Secondly, you'll have much better luck if you post a MCVE. In your case this would be a smaller test page that only displays a single image.
That being said, I recommend going to the resulting HTML file: https://hkhan194.github.io/tres-chic/
Right-click anywhere in that page, and then go to "Inspect Element". That will open up a window that lets you explore the page elements, see any errors you're getting, and see what's going on over the network. I'm using Chrome, but every browser should have something very similar.
On the Network tab, notice that some of your image files aren't being found. These seem to be the result of misspellings: JPG or jpeg instead of jpg, that kind of thing.
Then on the Elements tab, find your products grid. Notice that its height is 0, which doesn't seem right. Then go into the div class="mix category-*" tags and notice that they all have a display of none!
The problem is that your CSS is setting #Container .mix to display:none, which is going to prevent them from being shown.
Please try to get into the habit of exploring your page using this window, and try to understand the difference between what GitHub Pages is doing and what your HTML is doing. If you have further questions, please try to narrow your problem down to a smaller example page. Good luck.

Drop Down Menu Stacking

So I have a custom css drop down menu and it works fine except I realized that writing this menu out across all the html pages on this website will become tedious if I should update with a new section to the website and need to add on a new tier to the menu, I would end up with a billion htmls to update one simple line of code.
I was wondering, is there a way to write this menu once (on the main page) and call on it on all my other htmls?
I experimented a bit with Objects, Iframe, to call on the dropdown menu written on a separate html file and such but when the menu expands you get scroll bars and both methods seem to embed into the page. I want the contents of the page to be behind the drop down menu just as it standardly looks right now.
The following is my unedited page:
http://www.blue-cicada.net/trivial/index.html
And this is my test:
http://www.blue-cicada.net/trivial/test/
Not looking so good there, my top image is obscured, the submenus wont fly out completely etc, how to fix?
Im really new to this stuff so any help is appreciated.
You want to do something server side really, back in the day this would have been http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Server_Side_Includes, depending on who is hosting your site it may even still be, though that's fairly unlikely. Chances are you have some provision from your webhost to do something server side, ie PHP Includes say.
If not you could look at doing JavaScript client side includes but its crufty,
If you're really just hand editing you html files and have no access to any server side technologies well, you can always just have a text editor that can search and replace across multiple files
UPDATE
Given your comments I would just download something like Notepad++ and read the Bulk Find and Replace here 'http://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/notepadpp-tricks.html'. Basically you can have a test page you use for figuring out 'what you want to do' and then use the global find and replace to update all of the 'current' versions of the header/menu/whatever to you new version.
Backup all you files first!
Write it in a page called A.html.
On every page where you want to put it, use an <iframe src="A.html">
Make sure you remove the borders of the <iframe>, and also the scrollbars and make it look natural

Sublime Text 2 Tab Auto-Complete

I have mostly worked in Adobe Dreamweaver (don't hate too much, I really like some of its feature that I'm about to mention). I'd really like to become proficient in Sublime Text 2. There are two things I'm looking to figure out:
When I start typing a tag and it auto suggests what it thinks I'm typing, I can hit tab or enter to auto-complete the tag. But when I do this, it makes the closing tag too. I hate this, because I go back to change things often, then when I tab to auto complete, it adds in the entire closing tag. So my question is can I make it ONLY auto-complete the opening tag when I hit tab or enter? (btw, I have emmet installed too)
My next question, if anyone is familiar with Dreamweaver, whenever I open an HTML file, it opens all corresponding files in a sub menu below the tab. So I open say, index.html, and below it appears, automatically, my css file, js file, and any files that I've put in the html file. With Sublime Text, I have to go to the trouble to open all those files with it. Is there any plugin or way to make Sublime replicate this?
Thanks so much for any help anyone can provide!
This is a bit old, and maybe you've discovered the answer, but for #1, you can set the "auto_complete_commit_on_tab" setting to true in your user settings.

Make a web toolbar load on any webpage

I've created a toolbar in html that I need to be able to load of any given webpage; I'm thinking of loading it on the page through the use of a bookmarklet but I can't quite get my head around how I go about doing it.
An example of what a need to happen is as follows.
I navigate to any webpage on the internet, I click the bookmark for my toolbar and it appears at the bottom of the page without affecting any of the content on the page, it will stay fixed even when scrolling.
I've added a picture of how the toolbar will look, any suggestions on how I can implement the required functionality?

Many Thanks
What you will need to do is use CSS to keep it at the bottom. Basically you stick your toolbar html code in a <div> tag and then use CSS to keep it at the bottom. Try reading this link or this link on how to do it
Create a script file that you can host somewhere (if it's just for you, you can use localhost). In that script build the toolbar. Your bookmarklet will look something like this:
javascript: document.body.appendChild(document.createElement("script"))
.src = "http://myserver/myscript.js"; void 0;
It wraps here for readability. It won't wrap in your bookmarklet.
The javascript: tells the browser you are executing a script. The void 0 at the end prevents the page from navigating to the return value of the JavaScript.
