Error while uploading game on Windows Phone store - windows-phone-8

I am uploading a game on Windows Phone store. While uploading the game, in "App Info", I need to provide game certification for various organization. After selecting that when I press save I am constantly getting below getting error. I tried to Google it, but no solution. Anyone has idea what I am doing wrong?
PS : One thing I doubt is I am choosing certificates files only for ESRB & PEGI. For other organizations I don't know how to get certificates due to lack of documentation. When I choose only ESRB & PEGI it worked.

Library with identifier tmplib is missing (perhaps it was deleted, or maybe you don't have read access?)

I am using Legacy free edition of G Suite account to run my web application. What I want to achieve is to force users to log in. So I deployed the web application with these settings
Execute as User accessing the web app
Who has access Anyone with Google account
Now I was able to identify the user accessing the web application - I got their email from Session.getActiveUser().getEmail(); perfect. Then I want to save all their "data" in 'their own' spreadsheet. When I save a file using DriveApp.createFile(fileName, 'Hello, world!') the file is save on their Google disc. I want all the application data to be on my disc.
So I created a new project - library - and deployed as library and passed it the email because it will be the file name. It works if I access the web as me - owner of both projects. If I access the web as someone else I got this error We're sorry, a server error occurred while reading from storage. Error code NOT_FOUND.
Then I deployed the library as a web application with these settings
Execute as Me
Who has access Anyone or Anyone with Google account
again if I access the web as the owner it works but someone else gets an error Library with identifier tmplib is missing (perhaps it was deleted, or maybe you don't have read access?)
Also there is no log. Just error. Actually there are no logs from the library - I used Logger.log() and console.log()
I tried to add the library from the old editor as there was some error reported in past that might cause such error.
Is there any way I can use an web app and library intended way so the file is always saved as me?
UPDATE
If I share the library using share button and anyone is Editor then the web user needs to give permission to the web application to access their Drive and the file is saved in their Drive. I want ALWAYS the file to be saved in my Drive.
This appears to be a bug!
There is already a report on Google's Issue Tracker which detail the same kind of behaviour:
Error when including library
You can also hit the ☆ next to the issue number in the top left on the aforementioned pages which lets Google know more people are encountering this and so it is more likely to be seen to faster.

CloudRail support for OneDrive For Business

We have used CloudRail to retrive files from OneDrive, Google Drive, Amazon S3 and Dropbox without hassle.
When we have tried to implement OneDrive For Business, we get an error
'The app ID is blocked for access of the O365 Discovery Service'
Does anyone know if this error comes from CloudRail or Azure? If I check the Azure history for the application, it is logging that my sign-n status is successful.
We have had multiple developers go through the setup instructions and get the client ID and secret with the same result.
We have now scaled our application to the example code on the CloudRail website and still the same problem.
Has anyone managed to get OneDrive For Business working with CloudRail?
If so, does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
According to Microsoft, this is due to the O365 Discovery Service being depreciated. Existing application will still work but no new ones will.
CloudRail has updated their SDK to use Microsoft Graph instead of O365 and all is working.

Windows Store promotional codes, unexpected error

I am trying to distribute a Windows 10 app to our client via promotional codes generated in the Windows Dev Center "dashboard". But when I try to use the generated codes via http://microsoft.com/redeem, I get the following error message:
"Sorry but an unexpected error occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later".
The app is uploaded and submitted. In the status field it says:
Detailed publishing status for this submission
Customers Can get packages Can see Store listing
Windows 10 clients ✓ pending
In "Pricing and availability" the app is set to: "Hide this app and prevent acquisition. Customers with a promotional code can still download it on Windows 10 devices."
I have no clue where to begin to resolve this issue, so any information would be appreciated.
Regards
I just spent 30 mins on chat with Microsoft and they're pretty good. 2 things can cause this error:
- reverse compatibility. If you're trying to install an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One it won't work. You have to install it on the 360. If I've got that wrong you know what I mean
- region settings. Your regions must be set the same as where you're living.

"Can't install company app" on Windows Phone 8

I've developed a company app for Windows Phone 8, and have gone through all the recommended steps to set it up for installation. I have a Symantec code-signing certificate, and I have generated my Application Enrollment Token and my signed XAP, which I am hosting in a public folder on OneDrive. I generated the XAP using the BuildMDILXap.ps1 script, which ran without errors. I haven't bothered with a company hub app, since we're only distributing a single app.
The AET loads OK on the phone, and asks if I would like to add the workplace account. I click "add", the dialogue box disappears, and no error comes up. There is no confirmation message, however I don't know if I should expect one.
When I load up the XAP, I get the message "Can't install company app. There's a problem with this company app. Contact your company's support person for help."
The phone has been developer unlocked (which of course isn't necessary), and I've had the app side-loaded and running on it successfully before. It was uninstalled before attempting the above, however.
I'm not sure what to do from here. I've tried recompiling and re-signing the XAP and re-generating the AET, but nothing seems to work.
After fruitlessly trying to solve this problem, I found a workaround that does what I need.
It turns out that you can post apps to the public app store, but hide them from searches, essentially making them private to anyone that doesn't have the link. That solves my first problem, getting the app published in a way that my client can access without me needing to have developer licenses for each of their phones.
The downside with that solution is that you still have to wait a few days for an update to be approved, which isn't the greatest when you're still beta-testing and need to make quick changes. However, Microsoft also have a beta program for Windows Phone apps. By designating the app as Beta, submission happens automatically within 2 hours, but you have to restrict access to specific Microsoft accounts. The latter isn't a problem because the number of devices using the app is relatively small.
This removes the need for a corporate app store in my case, and saves the expense of a certificate and the fiddling around that goes with it.

Simple API Access status: suddenly INACTIVE

I was developing android application that has backup to google drive feature.
I have used Simple API Access key and it worked like a charm for few weeks.
However, from yesterday, it does not work at all. (cannot list uploaded files and 403 fobidden error when trying to upload new file) I checked Google APIs Console and found out
Simple API Access
Status: Inactive
and Reports is not available and keeps showing popup message "An unexpected error has occurred. We're looking into it."
I googled about this message but there is no solution. (but found several issues related to google cloud SQL)
I was considering to use google drive on commercial level android app and this is very bad...
I wonder what is the problem and how to reactivate api status.
Thanks :)
Unfortunately, because of the security model of the Drive SDK, we need to be sure that an application is who they say they are, which simple access does not give enough assurance of. For a commercial application, this strength of security is great for users.
For a solution, you need to use Google Play Services as outlined in the documentation. We are currently working on a guide to get started with this very quickly on Android, and should be available within the next week.
