What is adsense?
Google AdSense is a program run by Google Inc. that allows publishers in the Google Network of content sites to serve automatic text, image, video, and rich media adverts that are targeted to site content and audience. These adverts are administered, sorted, and maintained by Google, and they can generate revenue on either a per-click or per-impression basis. Google beta-tested a cost-per-action service, but discontinued it in October 2008 in favor of a DoubleClick offering (also owned by Google).(source:-wiki)

I am trying to add a link to open a chat with the Google Chat bot or a link to the Google Chat conversation with a bot at the bottom (corner side) of my website/webpage.
Put differently, I am looking for a way to embed a Google Chat window in my website. If this is not possible, I would settle for a way to add a link that would redirect the user to a Google Chat bot.
How can I do this?
I am afraid it is not possible to do this at the moment. The users need to add the bot to their respective Google account and the only way to add it is through the UI from Google Chat following the steps noted here, therefore even if you could embed a chat to the website it would need to be the user's personal chat using the Google Chat's home page, and they would still need to manually search for your app since there is no way to create a direct link for installation given that there is no kind of Google Chat marketplace for bots or apps.
You can submit this as a feature request of the Google Chat API to see if Google can make it available in the future by going to this link

I have a google form with a lot of items in it, including many page breaks.
However unfortunately google doesn't allow yet to upload files by google forms, but it possible to do so by Html Service.
The issue is that its a lot of work for me to transofrm manually the existing form to html service.
Is there a way to do it automatically by google app script code ?
Thanks
Take a look at FormFuse (was at formfuse.io). You give it a Google Form and it emails you back with the HTML/CSS version that you can customise to your hearts content! I've found it very useful when you start hitting the limitations of Google Forms.
Update 5 Jan 2017 - It looks like FormFuse has been discontinued, presumably because of the new Google Forms. Post a comment if you find an alternative service.

My client has got a corporate site and some dealer sites. He would like to have his dealer sites pretty much the same as the corporate site except having different contact information and a different team member page. Here is the question, is there a way that if he updates the corporate site, it updates all the dealer sites as well? Because the content is the same, he does not want to login to every site, copy and paste the content again and again. Any suggestions? I thought about using iframe, but is it good for seo if 95% of the site is iframe?
One method you could use is a singular CMS service that houses all the content for all the sites.
Once the user browses to the site you can provide a host header look up to determine which dealer site (or corporate) the user is browsing to. From this information it should be relatively easy to load different contact information.
As you haven't provided many other details such as web server, programming language we can really only help you with theoretical answers.
Hope this helps.

I've put my project to Google code by using the GPL 3 License.
Can I change it to Apache 2.0 ? Including all copyrights in sources.
Updated: I know how to do that. I'd like to know about issues that can happen.
Or I can just change it and don't worry about that?
You can certainly change the license on the Google Code front page for your project by using the Administer tab. This of course will not change any license information in the source itself, which is a good reason for not putting such information in the source.
If you are asking "is it OK to change the license", then if you are the copyright holder, yes it is. Doing so will not however revoke the previous license for existing users of your code.
Go to administer->project summary and change it there. Copyrights in sources you need to update yourself.

I am looking for an open source social bookmarking site CMS so I can build a site like delicious with it for my organization. This will be deployed in the internal LAN.
Do you have any recommendations?
SemanticScuttle is the best I've found: http://sourceforge.net/projects/semanticscuttle/
i could suggest a site like www.rubysignal.com.
it works with django web framework, (rel 0.96).
The sources are on https://github.com/sebadima/bookmarks, but remember that it's just a alpha project.
Not sure of the tech you are using, but I've used netlicious to use delicious itself as a CMS and then consume the bookmarks, descriptions etc on another website through the API. If that makes sense.
Basically set up a delicious account and bookmark, tag and fill in the descriptions as you would normally. And then hook in the neticious API into your own site - delicious stores everything and all you fundamentally have to do is consume an API.
Pligg is an open source CMS. http://www.pligg.com
