I have a windows phone app ready to be submitted in app store. I uploaded all the files necessary & added all the information required according to msdn guide. The problem is, "Save" button in "Upload & describe your xap" section is not working. It doesn't show me any error or anything, it simple doesn't works. What could be the problem? Am I missing something or it is a silverlight or any other problem? Please share your opinion.
Use only Internet Explorer 10 for the WP8 dashboard.

i've been learning with google app script, and tried to make a web form because of the limitation of google form. I tried making it by following this example, and it works. However when I tried using incognito or other browser without a google account log on to it, it failed, showing this error
"Maaf, terjadi error pada server saat membaca dari penyimpanan. Kode error INTERNAL."
Which is in Indonesian that basically states the server failed to read the file, and there is an internal error. This is the web app script.
Settings for the web app deployment
Also in the spreadsheet linked is set to anyone with link is able to edit. When this is changed to anyone with link is able to view only, causes a log in prompt to appear in incognito mode.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I also found out earlier that this problem occurred previously because of a bug by google, but it has been resolved. So did I do something wrong?
According to the Apps Script Web Apps documentation:
The first is labeled Current web app URL and ends in /exec. This URL is for the published version of your app, based on the last version you saved and deployed.
The second is the link labeled latest code and ends in /dev. This URL can only be accessed by users who have edit access to the script. This instance of the app always runs the most recently saved code — not necessarily a formal version — and is intended for quick testing during development.
Therefore, when sharing the web application, you should be sharing the /exec link.
There is an open bug for this: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/160665120
Chrome Version: Version 54.0.2840.99 m (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10
Extensions: None enabled
I want to upload an extension to the web store developer dashboard. Since it will be my first one I have to pay 5 dollars as an entry fee. When I tried the first time I was able to see a button to press that loaded the form in which I put my CC info.
But I had trouble with my cc and I had to try it again later. But now the button is missing from the page and there is nothing I can do to bring it back.
This is a picture that shows a screen shot with the button enabled and what I'm seeing right now.

Does anyone here had a similar problem and knows how to deal with it?
It is known bug and being tracked at crbug.com/652178
I doubt whether Google Webstore team have fixed it yet, but as a workaround you can try updating your payment details at https://wallet.google.com , then retry. I got it solved earlier in same steps.
Hope it helps!
I will attempt to be clear. Well, in the old web store of Windows Phone 8 before I could download manually any app or game, via the link: "Download and install manually" as you can see
in this image It is a feature that was lost with the arrival of the new store of Windows 10.
Ok. Now, in the following video Download and Install Apps (XAP/APPX Files) on WP8.1 via PC you can see at time t=53 sec, appears at bottom of page the link http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/vimeo/the App ID/xap?apptype=regular
After the user clicks on 'Download and install manually' a popup box appears. Now you can see inside the pop-up box that the downloading of the app is downloaded from: http://cdn.marketplacecontent.windowsphone.com
But in fact the complete address follows this format:
http://cdn.marketplacecontent.windowsphone.com/public/the App ID?downloadname=name of the app.type of file(xap, appx or appxbundle)
For example, this is the direction of the game Tentacles: Enter the Mind from the Microsoft CDN server:
http://cdn.marketplacecontent.windowsphone.com/public/8915ee7c-c55d-4e8f-a0b6-f80497e6f26e?downloadname=tentacles-enter-the-mind.xap
As you just seen, the old web store of Windows Phone 8 could download apps and games from the Microsoft CDN server. Even with the new store Windows 10 you can still download apps from Microsoft CDN. There are website that somehow can download apps and games from the Microsoft CDN server such as: www.appx4fun.com www.windowscommunity.in and www.winphonehub.org to mention some.
Based upon everything I said, you have any idea of how to I can access the Microsoft CDN server to download apps without resorting to third-party stores? I would like to know how they do it.
NOTE: All apps can be downloaded manually using this address:http://cdn.marketplacecontent.windowsphone.com/public/the App ID?downloadname=name of the app.type of file(xap, appx or appxbundle)but for it to work you need to know the ID of the app you want to download and the type of file. How can I find the ID of the app? Know the ID is a very important information!
Well, that's all. I hope your answer
Regards.
I am a developer who is new to Windows Store development.
I wrote one Windows Store App and tried to upload it, yet I encounter some errors after submit the appxupload file.
The error messages are shown as below:
I have no idea how to make my developer account authorized to publish apps with the capability it mentioned. Is there a different set of capability for different developer account for Windows Store Application?
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
Thank you!
I have built a windows phone App and I want to upload it. However, after signing in (with my windows account) and clicking on "Windows phone store" I just get redirected at the same page! I tried to create another account but that didn't help either. I deleted cookies, history,... and even tried with another browser but again nothing. I must also mention that I do not get any message after being redirected.
Could it be that they could have a issue. Can anyone try to access the dashboard?
Any suggestion on what could the problem be are welcome.
This is the linking which I am referring to: https://dev.windows.com/en-us/dashboard
Microsoft removed the problem, in other words newly created accounts can enter the "Windows phone store" dashboard!
