Unable to connect to http://localhost:8091/index.html - couchbase

I have just installed CouchBase Server Enterprise v2.0.0 using the setup.exe on my Windows 7 64bit machine and supposedly the Browser based Console should appear automatically after installation but all i am getting is
Unable to Connect:
**Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:8091.**
The CouchBase service is running when I check?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times now?
Am I missing something here?

You are probably hitting a known issue related to IP address acquisition during startup of Couchbase Server.
I have documented a work around here: http://tugdualgrall.blogspot.com/2012/12/what-to-do-if-your-couchbase-server.html
As stated in the blog post it will be fixed in the 2.0.1 release

MySQL Connection Problem Unexpected DB error device or resource busy: device or resource busy

The Problem occurs when trying to get data from a remote MySQL Database
I have two Servers with Windows Server 2019. One hosts the MySQL-DB and the other one runs a Software with a plugin. After a reinstall of the server with the software i have the problem that if the plugin tries to read data of the DB it gehts the error
(E:_dev\MySQL.h MySql::getTransferData) Unexpected DB error device or resource busy: device or resource busy
But some other programms and HeidiSQL work just fine witout problems. ALso the Software on the Server with the Database work normally.
After getting in touch with the plugin dev i found out that it shows the path of the plugin devs pc, and it must be a Server Problem. OBDC drivers are installed, also the c++ connectors from MySQL. The problem must be on the Server with the plugin and before the reinstall all worked fine. After a few days try and error i can´t find out what i must have forgotten, that the connection can´t be etablished anymore. Does anyone have an idea?

Teamcity Setup Issues

Good day
I am trying to setup my first TeamCity instance. I'm running windows 2016 server with mysql. I'm busy setting up the database connection and i'm getting the error.
The MySQL JDBC driver is not found in the C:\ProgramData\JetBrains\TeamCity\lib\jdbc directory.
Copy the driver .jar file to the directory. You can download it at http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j.
For the MySQL server version 5.5 or higher, use the JDBC driver version 5.1.23 or higher.
But if i go to that link it doesn't give me the option to download a version for windows, it just has unix OS versions. Any help would be appreciated. ive been googling the issue but cant seem to find an answer for windows
From the drop down list choose "Platform Independent".

Resolving "WebSphere application server v7 is currently running" message in IBM Installation Manager on Windows 7

I received the message "WebSphere application server v7 is currently running. Please shut it down to continue." while attempting to upgrade my local version of WebSphere Application Server 7 using IBM Installation Manager on Windows 7. The server was not running at the time. The message also persisted after a reboot.
According to this technote, any running Java process can cause this issue. I found a running instance of javaw.exe using Process Manager, closed it, and the installation was able to proceed from there.

How to enable SSL for MySQL workbench for OSX 10.9

I just downloaded MySQL Workbench on Mac OSX 10.9.5, and I am trying to setup a a new connection. I am getting the message:
Connection parameters are correct
SSL not enabled
I tried looking at the support forum, but as a new user who is not good with server jargon, had trouble understanding what I should be doing.
there was no relevant problem, turned out to be just a message I got when I tested connection.
