I couldn't find any contact information, so I thought posting here would be the next best thing. I resubmitted an app last week (actually I've done it twice now in case there was some error) and I'm experiencing some problems:
1) the previous version of the app has disappeared from the gallery; and
2) it's taking a huge amount fo time (relative to my other experiences) to get it approved.
Who may I contact to follow up on this since it is quite urgent for our needs.

There are occasionally delays in the review process for scripts being published to the gallery. If it takes a very long time (weeks) you may want to consider re-submitting the script.

What is the term for a webhook that makes another set of webhooks?
A recent kludge (Unbounce, Zapier, Twilio) only allows me one webhook (i.e. custom one from Zapier)

I note your question was about unbounce, but included Zapier. I'm assuming from this that you were looking to use Zapier as the "one place" (i.e in the middle)"
Now I don't know Zapier, but came across your question looking along the same lines. The terms I'm familiar with on this are "one-to-many", "fan-out" or "publish/subscribe" communication styles - but aware that these may be a bit old school in Web 2.0 world.
In my search I came across a Zapier Support post on Multiple Zaps.
In summary, looks like you may be able to achive this using a "Zapier Delay Trigger zap"
The possible downside (depending on delivery time requirements) is that the delivery of onward webhooks would be complete "...within 5-15 minutes". This doesn't quite fit my requirement, by may fit yours.
Edit: A quick search on "fan-out" term also found this on using Zapier Queue. Again,as it's queuing I suspect there may be a delay in onward processing.
Edit2: Following email to Zapier support - situation is still as per links i.e.time delay, but "...in your zap you can define the length of the delay to minimize the lag. This case you shouldn't have any problem setting a 1 minute delay since there's no need for it to be any longer, which can help you get a lot closer to 'near real time'."
Edit3: Further info from Zapier support - apparently if you configure two Webhook-Webhook Zaps you can fire them both with one URL as "https://zapier.com/hooks/catch/xxhook1,xyhook2" - appears to fire both zaps pretty immediately.
Edit4: One thing to watch with the multi-zap approach (as Edit3) is that if one send to target fails then you can replay manually (via Zapier site and paying customer) - there's no ability (currently) to manage automatic retrying (not sure if there's any ability to monitor this event).
I am a Google App Script user since last 2 years. I see here in India during peak time i.e during evening the 1 minute trigger is not firing at proper time. Is there any server side issue or there is some other issue. Saying about the worse case scenarios, today my script trigger has not been fired since past 2 hours. I have correctly done logging. No log is printed means it does not even go to that method. Can anybody tell me what might be the exact reason behind it.
It might be beneficial to show us the code behind your script, given that there is a method that is potentially being skipped over. Have there been no errors thrown to you via the Google Apps Script notifications?

We're likely not going to be able to give you a precise answer to your problem if we can't examine what you're currently working with. I wish you luck in your endeavor, though.
So, I have to make a minor bug fix to all of my scripts: I didn't realize there was a limit to the amount you could push into the Cache (BTW Google, I'm pretty sure this isn't documented anywhere).
Anyhow, so my three line fix resulted in my having to resubmit a bunch of scripts. Typically this isn't a big deal, Google is usually super awesome about approving them (usually the next business day). However, unfortunately they seem to be taking more time this time. This became a problem because I had to do a presentation today, and I just assumed they would be approved by now (I fudged it and just showed a spreadsheet with the script already installed).
So, I guess my main question here is maybe would have a more graceful upgrade process? It sometimes doesn't make sense to have the script removed from the gallery when waiting for approval.

I've opened an issue a while ago regarding this (nearly 2 years now). You probably want to star it to keep track of updates.
About the approval process, it is not "reliable" as you could see. I had scripts that took 3 months to be re-approved and then, the next upgrade, only a couple of days.
I'm designing a web application - prototyping and wireframing the main pages so I've got an idea of what it will do. I'm struggling on how to display my data to users.
We basically provide them with an email inbox, a phone message system and a fax system. This means three different types of data - one is textual, one is audio and one is visual. They share some common properties however, and the point of our service is to unify users communications, so it makes sense to combine them.
Mashing the data together in any way results in a very sparse summary, the only information they share is the sender and the date. So after spending 5 hours agonising over design decisions I thought I'd open it up. The options we're leaning to is
Show a 'unified inbox' with a link to view the full item details on a per line basis
Drop the idea of a dashboard and just have an individual inbox in the web interface for each service. We can display the number of new messages on the tab for the service so they know there are new messages
Show a very simple summary as the dashboard, merely showing the number of new 'communications' in each of the users inboxes (fax, email, voice).
What is best from a design perspective? We could conduct user testing, but it's a shoestring startup, so the costs of mocking up 3 complete UI's is prohibitive at this point.
I'm confused what the question is, should we suggest the UI layout? Or are you looking for ideas on how to prototype / play around with a look / solution?
I use Balsamic Mockups for all my UI designs, spend some time laying it out, and it is a great way to visualize what you want, and it adds a level of interactivity to it as well.
Hopefully thats somewhat along the lines of what you were asking ;).
Otherwise I would go with something like you mentioned above:
Show a summary / dashboard page showing say last 10 of the last messages (voice / email / fax).
Show # of new items per service, and go from there.
As I understand, your problem is that you can't show anything useful for Fax or voicemail?
Still, what would be gained by separate inboxes? If you want to unify these three services, separating by type is what you don't do. The most important search / access vectors are WHO and WHEN.
(There is of course the need to search for "the fax from Mr. Lyle", so filtering by type should be possible. But it's not the fundamental access filter)
My suggestions (I understand that some of these might be complicated):
Single inbox. Icon for type.
If possible, try using "natural times" such as "a few minutes ago", "yesterday, 12:31" (if you use it for minutes, you may need to do that ajaxy thing to refresh them).
e-mail: Include the title of the e-mail / text message. If you can, Add line of text - fill up from the body, omitting line breaks, untuil you reach a certain character count or the width of the panel.
Fax: it might help to show # of pages (not sure if this is possible) and mouseover for thumbnail. The first deals with people failing to send all pages at once, the second with people inserting them the wrong way around.
Audio: Allow to play right from the inbox. Duration might be helpful to filter out "oh, it's voice mail, I'll hang up" calls, it's also a good preview on how much time I need to "read" this message.
Don't add irrelevant data just because it's shared between the two (e.g. size).
Sort by time received (or time sent if available?).
If there are many unread messages in the inbox, and there are multiple messages from the same sender without other messages inbetween, you can collapse them (e.g. only show the first two of the sequence, and a "more messages from Joanna..." link. This helps against important single message drowned by communicators gone wild.
An option would be to group by sender, at least for selected Senders, so that it reads

Mr. Lyle doesn't have an abstract since there is only one new message. Clicking an abstract would expand that list, clicking a user would show you messages (including old ones) only from this user.

Basically yes. The time you'll have to wait varies very much from site to site, depending on Page Rank, visitor frequency and other factors. Stack Overflow results are indexed within minutes; smaller sites within days or weeks.
It may also be worth signing up with the Google Webmaster Tools to find out how "visible" your site is to the Google bot and when it last dropped by.
Yes, that's sufficient, but if you want to try to kick-start it a bit you can resubmit your top-level page here. You might also consider trying out some of the Google Webmaster Tools, which in addition to actual tools also have help entries like these:

yes it is enough, make sure if you have any sitemap.xml file then it has to be updated and resubmitted to google. Now a days google takes 3-5 days to crawl your files to new indexing.
