I'm trying to write some code - just a console app - that will have access to all users' drive files.
With Document List v3 this is easy - just replace the list query's "default" with the user name, and you're away (using client login and admin credentials).
What is the Drive api's way of doing this? How do I retrieve a particular user's files?
There's a java version of this question (I think), but I can't find anything matching in the .Net api OAuth Google API for Java unable to impersonate user

We are developing an application, in that we need to get all the files of all users in the domain. We have enabled service account with domain-wide delegation already, but whenever we tried to access all user's drive, it is required to get each user access token separately after setting each user id using google credential object method (e.g. googleCredentialBuilder.setServiceAccountUser({email_id})). We are using Drive API client library for Java and admin SDK for getting all the users in the domain.
So, our concern is to get all users to drive files using a super admin access token. Is there any alternate way to get all users to drive files using domain/admin-level access token. Kindly help me in this regard.
To obtain all the Drive files in the domain, you have to use delegation as follows:
Use the Directory API users.list() API call to determine all users in the Google Apps domain.
For each user obtained in step 1, do:
2.1. Call files.list with the parameter q set to "me" in owners to get a list of all files the user owns.
To do all of this you don't necessarily need a superadmin account. You just need to set up credentials with domain-wide delegation enabled. You can read more about how to do it here.
I was able to create a project to connect an app to google data, for a specific account (followed Google People API)
But now I would like that each customer log in hisself to his account and manage his data.
I can' t create project in the Google API Console for each customer, my app needs to read auth from each user who will use my app and "auto" create auth to read google contact data of the logged user.
Is possible?

It sounds like you are trying to do exactly what OAuth 2.0 (see the page you linked to) gives you: authenticating users. This differs from using an API key, which is only authorizing your project and has nothing to do with a user's credentials.
OAuth 2.0 combines a Client ID (associated with your Google Developers Console project) and a user's login (specific to the user who is accessing your app/site) to give you an authorization token. This token will let your app act on behalf of that user when calling that API. Just make sure to request the necessary scopes as part of the OAuth 2.0 authorization prompt given to the user.
How to give this prompt varies by environment, but many common options are listed on that link.
Note that you always use the same Client ID, so you only need one Google Developers Console project, but you are given a unique token specific to that user's login when they authorize your app, so this lets you act as any user which grants your app access to their account.
I have created a web app which is making use of Google Drive API/ REST v2 (https://developers.google.com/drive/v2/web/about-sdk) to perform actions such as create/update/rename/delete of documents etc.
I am authorizing requests with OAuth 2.0 (client side - that means every access token is valid for ~1h and then silently I am getting a new token) and then perform previous actions using that token.
I have a new requirement for the authorized user to share his/her documents for writing/updating them (I found out that API has option for inserting permissions (https://developers.google.com/drive/v2/reference/permissions/insert : role: writer, type: anyone).
Is it possible for a non-authenticated user to be able to write/update documents (programmatically - via Google Drive API v2 or another API?) that have been created from the authenticated user that shared these? (something that is similar to google docs/ sharing when a user is sharing his document and offline users are able to edit it?

What you are describing here is something called a service account. Service accounts are like dummy users. You can share a file on your Google drive account with the service accounts email address and the service account will then have access to that file. Assuming that you gave them edit permissions it will be able to read and write to it without authenticating.
Note: service accounts do not work client sided you will need to use a server sided language to use service accounts.
We used to have an application connector implementing the Document List Service v3 to upload documents to users account. Now that the service will be discontinued starting as of next Monday and we need to migrate to the Drive API/SDK we have the problem to migrate our current login schema .. we are unable to use the OAuth 2 protocol and we need to authenticate users with their username/password credentials.

The reason is that our application scans and processes documents asynchronously from MFD devices (printers) and all processing/storage job is done in a different moment on processing servers, thus the limitation that the processing service cannot ask any consens to the user.
We do the same for other online cloud storage application (e.g. Dropbox) where they allow special 'OAuth 1' schema on request for such 'enterprise' situations.
How can we do this with the new Drive API/SDK? I couldn't find anything about that in the documentation rather than the service account, also looks like not suitable.
What you need to do is request authentication from you user once. The server gives you back a refresh token. Your automated application can then use this refresh token to get a new access token. You only need to ask the user one time for authentication. Then everything can run automated.
A service account wont really work in this instance because its meant for use with an account that you the developer own not a users account

I went through the authentication and set up the Client ID and API key etc. I had assumed that the token can be created without the user being logged in to a Google Account, since the client has the Client ID that is connected to a Project on Google Developer Console. Am I missing something here?
