How to upload more than 1000 entries using LOAD DATA INFILE?

I'm trying to import an csv file to my database table, the origin of this file was a previous database with the same structure. My issue is that it imports only 1000 rows instead of the whole 62k+ file. The script i'm using is:
LOAD DATA INFILE 'C:/ProgramData/MySQL/MySQL Server 8.0/Uploads/covid19.csv'
INTO TABLE covid19.covid19
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ','
ENCLOSED BY '"'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\n'
IGNORE 1 LINES
(id,date,iso2,iso3,country,continent,cases,deaths,population);
Some clients have a option, where they reduce the number of returned Rows with a LIMIT 1000.
You should check, how many rows you actually have with
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM covid19.covid19;
You should see the actual number of inserted rows, as the command didn't show any warnungs or errors.

How do I update CSV file into mysql Database?

Hello I wondering is there way I can update a CSV file into mysql database. At this current time I have created a database in mysqlworkbench which connected to mysql sever. Then I upload CSV file into database which updates auto on webmin webserver.
The question I want to ask is how can I link new CSV file onto the database automatically.
Create database table with same numbers of columns present in the csv file.
Run following query:
LOAD DATA INFILE 'c:/import.csv' INTO TABLE <table> FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' ENCLOSED BY '"' LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n'

Scheduling Mysql procedure/macro to load CSV data

As I'm beginner to mysql ,I'm asking this question. Please help me.
I had .csv file and i'm loading this file data into mysql table. using the following command
"load data infile 'D:/xampp/htdocs/test/test.csv' into table offers fields terminated by ',' enclosed by '"' lines terminated by '\n' ignore 1 rows; "
It is inserting data into data into table successfully.
Now my question as follows
test.csv file(it has a huge volume of data)is going to update for every 24 hours. So that I want a stored procedure/macro( whatever it may be) to load the updated data into offers table it is going to call for every 24 hours, So that table data is in sync with .csv file.
Steps to remember
I want to truncate the offers table data before insert into table
and load the data using above command
Create a success log status in another log table(optional)
I heared that "load data" not going to work in stored procedure (I don't exactly).please give me any answer/suggesstions.

MySQL-MySQL skips some rows when import .csv file

I wanted to import a .csv file with ~14k rows to MySQL. However I only got a table in MySQL with about 13k rows. I checked and found out that MySQL skips some rows in the middle of my .csv file.
I used LOAD DATA INFILE and I really cannot understand why MySQL skips those rows. Really appreciate if someone could help me with this.
Here is my query:
LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE 'd:/Data/Tanbinh - gui Tuan/hm2.csv'
INTO TABLE q.hmm
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ','
ENCLOSED BY '"'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\n' IGNORE 1 LINES;
There is no warning message at all
I assume, that the difference in numbers of rows caused by unique key duplicates.
From the reference:
With LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE, data-interpretation and duplicate-key
errors become warnings and the operation continues
Actually there are no warnings produced on duplicates. To check wich rows were skipped, you can load data into another similar table without unique keys and compare those tables.

Get data from CSV file and add it to an array, then encrypt

LOAD DATA INFILE '$file'
INTO TABLE table
COLUMNS TERMINATED BY ','
LINES TERMINATED BY '\n'
IGNORE 1 LINES
(number, type)
if i can't just encrypt the data directly in the query, is it possible to get all the results and add them to an array, and then encrypt them one by one and insert them into the database?
Another way:
Create new CSV file (using original CSV file) with encrypted content then use the same LOAD DATA INFILE query for importing content at once.
It will save one by one insertion.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
