Can not load webpage in Rest webservice using apache wink - html

I have successfully implemented rest webservice using apache wink. I am using ant to build war and to deploy it to tomcat server. Now I want include html or jsp file in the project to display some results. But I dont know how to include it via ant build file. I tried copy and pasting the html file in the root folder as well as web-inf folder in tomcat's webapp folder and than restarted it. But so far I am not able to access it. Whenever I try to access html page it gives me error
org.apache.wink.server.internal.RequestProcessor - The following error occurred during the invocation of the handlers chain: WebApplicationException (404 - Not Found) with message 'null' while processing GET request sent to http://localhost:8080/outliers/index.html
Please help me how can I include html file in my server.

Basically you should just put the html file in the war's root directory. \
Don't put it in WEB-INF, it's is not accessible from the web!
If the html file in root directory, and you still cannot access it, check that tomcat started without errors. Sometimes errors are not displayed in console, so check the logs.

Error `Unable to find a template property named $schema.` when trying to decompile JSON into Bicep

I'm playing with Azure Bicep and I was expecting that I can take practically any ARM JSON template and translate it into Bicep. I'm intentionally using the word "translate" instead of "decompile" here, because the JSON template was not originally created with Bicep, so it was not compiled from Bicep to JSON in the first place.
I'm creating a VM deployment in the Azure Portal and when it's successfully deployed I download the JSON template (deployment.json and deployment_operations.json).
Then I run the following command:
bicep decompile deployment.json
The command fails with the following error message:
/deployment.json: Decompilation failed with fatal error "[1:1]: Unable to find a template property named $schema."
What should I do to resolve this error?
Bicep CLI version 0.13.1 (e3ac80d678).
PS The VM deployment is the simplest possible Windows Server VM with no data disks and extra features. Created via Azure Portal by clicking Next-Next-Create.
It appears that I've found the solution when writing the question. I was downloading and trying to decompile a wrong file.
The problem was that I was downloading the deployment.json file instead of an actual template file template.json. You need to click Download on the Template tab.
So instead of downloading the from the Overview tab, click the Template tab and then click Download. Or use the Save-AzResourceGroupDeploymentTemplate PowerShell cmdlet.
Similar problem, same solution: https://github.com/Azure/bicep/issues/5237

an error occurred while processing this directive in justhost

when i upload my website to my hosting Justhost it not working and it show only error like this
an error occurred while processing this directive
Please help me to correct this error
try the steps that follow:
Go to cPanel
Open File Manager from Files section
Navigate to domain folder
Check "Perms" column on far right hand side
Files should be set to: 0644 (this is the UNIX file permissions)
Folders should be set to: 0755
This will change your file permissions to their proper settings for the justhost file system. Additionally, if you have PHP code within.htm or .html files, you will need to add an additional Apache handler to tell justhost to parse these files as PHP. Do this using Apache Handlers in cPanel:

loading html page into rails server

I created the whole responsive site in notepad - shop.html. I
can see its directory in rails. Put all my files in public folder of its rails app. Now I dont know how to load it in localhost:3000. How do i do that. Have configured everything. Rails server is running and It shows only the default index.html file. But when i write rails generate controller eshop. It says uninitialized constant welcome error.
PS: i m new to ruby.
All guides show how to create a new app but I couldnt find a way to load a html page already created in editor to load in browser using rails server.
Thanks in advance.
Since you generated a controller you need to put the content from your shop.html file into the /views/eshop/index.html.erb file
Open the routes file under config/routes.rb and change the following line
from:
root "welcome#index"
to:
root "eshop#index"
this way your app will point to the right file.
Subsequently you could just point the root to the shop.html file which I do not recommend. However you should definitely look into routing in rails and how it works.

Unable to upload widget to Wirecloud instances in private server

We have downloaded and installed a running instance of Wirecloud in our company server following the steps at:
https://conwet.fi.upm.es/wirecloud/install
We created the instance using the --quick-start command to try the instance, and ran wirecloud using the Django internal web server with the following command:
$ python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8080 --insecure
We are able to enter the instance, and move around the enviroment, but we have encountered a problem when we try to upload a widget to our local workspace. After I search for the widget in my computer (previously downloaded from the Fi-lab marketplace), we get the next message:
Error adding packaged resource: Internal Server Error.
We also tried to download the zip file of the widget from github, unzip it and recompress it as a wgt file (compress as a zip but changing the extension to .wgt) and we get the same answer from our wirecloud instance; but if we try to upload the same package to the instance in fi-lab, it uploads successfully.
We don't know if it's because of the quick-start installation we made or if we have to modify something from our widget files in order to be able to upload it to our local instance.
Solved
The problem was in the config.xml file: the name of the attributes and the structure of the widgets unable to upload were different from the template of the config.xml file posted at the users guide.
After changing it to follow the structure of the template it works fine.
My widget example was the NGSI Updater. The thing is that it uploads perfectly in the instance at FiLab, even though the config.xml file had a different structure from the one of the template; but it encounters an error when uploading it to the Wirecloud local instance at my server.

Google Drive DriveCommandLine sample app not working?

Is the Google Drive API sample command line app (DriveCommandLine) currently known to work? I have downloaded the Java client library, and compiled the sample application (inserting my application's client ID and secret created by specifying "installed application" and "other"). It runs and informs me to access the following link in a browser:
https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?access_type=online&approval_prompt=auto&client_id=MY_ACTUAL_CLIENT_ID&redirect_uri=urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob&response_type=code&scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
(Obviously with my actual client ID there.)
This successfully provides me with an authentication code. When I enter this at the application's prompt, then at the line:
File file = service.files().insert(body, mediaContent).execute();
I get the exception:
Exception in thread "main" com.google.api.client.http.HttpResponseException: 401 Unauthorized
at com.google.api.client.http.HttpRequest.execute(HttpRequest.java:978)
at com.google.api.client.googleapis.media.MediaHttpUploader.executeUploadInitiation(MediaHttpUploader.java:338)
at com.google.api.client.googleapis.media.MediaHttpUploader.upload(MediaHttpUploader.java:252)
at com.google.api.services.drive.Drive$Files$Insert.executeUnparsed(Drive.java:309)
at com.google.api.services.drive.Drive$Files$Insert.execute(Drive.java:331)
at DriveCommandLine.main(DriveCommandLine.java:56)
Investigation shows that the GoogleCredential returned has all elements set to null (which seems wrong).
The version of the Drive API client that I am using is "v2-rev5-1.7.2-beta", which is the one currently pointed to on the quickstart page here:
https://developers.google.com/drive/quickstart
I am compiling and running with this JAR and all the ones in the "libs" subdirectory in the classpath (the quickstart page refers to adding source JARs to the classpath which, obviously, dosn't work).
Can anyone shed any light on what might be going wrong here?
Thanks!
The link in the Quick Start is outdated. Try downloading the Drive SDK from the following link: http://code.google.com/p/google-api-java-client/wiki/APIs#Drive_API
See if that makes a difference for you. I have the DriveCommandLine app running fine.
You need to download JSON file from the API access page at
https://cloud.google.com/console.
Rename this json file as "client_secrets.json"
Copy this json into your project folder or more specifically copy it
into "src/main/resources". (This file contains the clientID and secrets). If the file is already present in the folder then replace it.
Now run the project. You will be redirect to Google Drive's "allow
access" page.
PS - json file must belong to an "Installed Type Application" because this is a commandline sample and runs locally.
