I want to create a view of all the (currently) failing builds. The regex field in view creation only supports the name, not the build status.
I've looked at Radiator but it doesn't work on our (old) Hudson.
Can anyone help me?
There is a View Job Filter plugin, which does provide a filter on Job status:
But it remains to be seen if it can be adapted to your (old) Hudson.
If you are after a radiator, then I think CI-Eye will talk to an older Hudson, depending how old it is.
Give it a try and let me know. I'm the project owner, so I can probably fix it for you.

Based on my understanding, all the components in RedHat BRMS can be achieved by integrating various drools components. So, is it a bad idea to use drools in Production?
Not at all. The difference is that if you pay RedHat you will have support from them if you need advice or you find any problem.
If you use the Open Source version, you will have all of the features present in the payed version (or even more), but you are basically on your own.
Hope it helps,
Along with support you will get patches on regular basis for reported issues. You wont get any patch for community release of Drools/jBPM.
I am searching for a peace of software that permit me to build a package that will perform update of already delivered software.
Because I am using Liquibase, I am searching something that would work a little bit like Liquibase.
I think this software, may need to be configured be providing it what actions have to be done for updating from version X-1 to version X.
And the package will be an aggregation of every steps, and by detecting that the version X-t is installed, it will then need to execute t actions to make the update to version X.
I know that StackOverflow is not meant to answer to this kind of questions, but I don't really know how are named this kind of software nor where to search for it.
If this can run on Linux and Windows it would be great.
What you describe sounds a lot like what a package manager does. Some of them support delta updates.
By the problem definition it sounds like you need to create installation packages.
For the windows platform have a look at WiX, - it covers all possible needs, and imho is the best of its class. But has a bit steep learning curve.
Another fair windows alternative is InnoSetup - way easier, but not so mighty.
I am not familiar with an installer framework which can do for both Linux and Windows.
If you are totally new in the field, this is a good point to start digging from.
I am using "Setup Factory" for this porpose,
You can create patches and you cand create updates.
Can anyone help me on how to test using "Regions" in sikuli automation tool (i.e) how to use a region, where to use etc..
If there is tutorial (or) video link that would be gr8..if anybody has an webinar session that covers the entire programming stuffs in sikuli, then that would be useful.
Thanks,
V.Prashanth
All documentation that you require for using 'Region' in SikuliX is found here -
http://doc.sikuli.org/region.html
There is a launchpad site for SikuliX where you can read existing queries/ post your queries -

Hi i did my search but was not able to find a proper answer to my question. I am looking for a simle req. mgmt tool where I can assign unique ID s to each requirement and trace each ID to a test case. It is amazing that there are no solutions I can find out there. Excell and word does not cut it since I can not assign unique IDs and do traceability. I am hoping someone out there will have an answer.
Thank you all for your help.
I don't know if this convenient for you but I would suggest Trac. It is a nice open source tool whch you could setup in your own server. Please be aware that this is a general purpose issue management tool, and it is not adjusted to test cases management. It can also integrate with SVN and GIT source versioning tools. Trac is based on a ticket creation logic and on a wiki functionality. It also provides milestones, deadlines and other functionality related with the project management of a software project.
Hope I helped!
There is one that I'm using regularly to track requirement to code and requirement to test-case.
It's called reqflow and it's in Github:

Hope this help.
I'm having some trouble figuring out how to setup a configuration for a project in Xamarin to not compile (build). I've done some Googling on the subject, but couldn't find very much information due to the lack of documentation on anything that doesn't involve mobile development for Xamarin. :P Any help is greatly appreciated!
In the Solution Explorer, right click the solution and go to options. In the Build/Configurations section, click the Configuration Mappings. There you can include or remove projects from different configurations, not only the active one.
You can also follow the guided tutorial from here: http://xmonodev.wordpress.com/2013/12/02/setting-the-active-configuration-in-xamarin-studio/
I have just solved this issue.
First, You will remove project in project solution on solution pane.
remove project image
And then you have to insert project to your solution, again.
insert project image
Perhaps it will work.
