I want my software to be GPL (put source code along with your files when you sell it)
but still anyone who (uses, update,sell, derivate) it. gives us credit (for making the core)
The GPL ensures you still get credit. Modifiers are required to retain your copyright statements.

I need a online website to test MySQL statements (some sort of sandbox). Bonus points if you can store code and share it with other people. Something similar to jsfiddle.net for JavaScript. It allows code testing in a safe secure environment.

There is any available open-source GIS framework in Smalltalk? So far I have found these outdated options:
GeoSynchrony : Comercial and unavailable.
SpatialWorks: Commercial.
and absolutely nothing else for doing GIS like geocoding, mapping, analysis or modelling.

What happens if you don't licence your Sublime Text 2 software trial? It asks me to license the software and I close that pop up and nothing happens. I don't want to use the software illegally, is it safe to still use it or should I stop using it if I can't pay for it?
You can use ST2 indefinitely without a license. That's just a pop up screen that appears after X number of saves. If you like it and can afford a license, I recommend you buy a license, but it's not required for continued use of the software.
