HTML table replicating a sample image - html

I have been trying all morning to replicate the below however I cannot get the alignment correct, it seems that a row will match the height of the biggest td, I need to replicate this as pixel perfect as possible.
Below is my HTML,
<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" style="height: 268px; width: 700px;">
<thead>
<tr>
<th valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;" scope="col">Information</th>
<th valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;" scope="col">Education & Training</th>
<th valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;" scope="col">Marketing Services</th>
<th valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;" scope="col">Digital Media</th>
<th valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;" scope="col">Entertainment</th>
<th valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;" scope="col">Business Services</th>
</tr>
</thead>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Academic</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">For-profit schools</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Agency</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Internet</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">TV and Radio Broadcasting</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Business Process Outsourcing</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">STM</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Educational Technology</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Digital</td>

</tr>
<tr>

<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Educational Services</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Market Research</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Online Gaming</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Film, TV, Music and Sports Content and Rights</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">SaaS</td>
</tr>
<tr>

<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Outdoor</td>

</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Trade</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Vocational Training</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Public Relations</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Consumer</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Sales Promotion</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Professional</td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Direct Marketing</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;">Lead Generation</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;"> </td>
<td valign="middle" align="center" style="height: 27px;"> </td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
and my CSS,
#left table {
border:0 none;
}
#left th {
height:43px;
background:url(images/th_bg.jpg) top left repeat-x;
font-size:14px;
color:#fff;
font-family:"Times", "Times New Roman", "Serif";
}
#left tbody td {
text-align:center;
background:#99abb9;
border-right:1px solid #fff;
width:105px;
padding:10px 15px 0px 15px;
height:17px;
}

Looks like only two rows to me. A header row of th tags and a single row of td tags, each with a list of items.

You try to make one table-row per entry, but on the picture it looks like there are only two rows. One for header and one for data (data seperated by <br /> or with <p>...</p>).
Here is an shortened example (less columns, only basic formatting - you have to add the rest) just to show how it works:
<style type='text/css'>
thead > tr > td {
text-align:center;
vertical-align:middle;
background-color:#777777;
width:107px;
}
tbody > tr > td {
text-align:center;
background-color:#99abb9;
}
</style>
<table cellspacing="2px" border="0">
<thead>
<tr>
<td>Information</td>
<td>Education & Training</td>
<td>Marketing Services</td>
</tr>
</thead>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>
Academic<br /><br />
STM<br /><br />
Financial<br /><br />
Business<br /><br />
...
</td>
<td>
For-profit schools<br /><br />
Educational Technology<br /><br />
Educational Services<br /><br />
...
</td>
<td>
Agency<br /><br />
Digital<br /><br />
Market Research<br /><br />
Outdoor<br /><br />
Public Relations
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>

I have made a completely working demo, at http://dcm.net46.net/test/so/so.html. To make all the columns the same height, I just filled in the extra space with empty tds. To style the columns, I used colgroup and col elements. The rest was pretty easy.

How to fix text alignment with logo in HTML

I'm trying to make sure all the padding aligns as well as the text and logo aligning in this html.
The code I've used to make everything align is listed below.
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width: 580px;table-layout: auto;" width="580">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td align="left" valign="top" style="font-family:'Arial, 'Georgia', Times New Roman, serif;font-weight:normal;font-size:15px;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;line-height:19px; color:#000000;" class="" width="400">
<div class="ee_editable" style="position: static;">
<div class="" style="padding-top: 10px;"><br></div>
<div class="headline">DISCOVER OUR<br> LATEST OFFERS</div>
<div> </div>
</td>
<td width="180">
<a href="https://dmtrk.net/t/20AS-67H0B-UDWVGK-3JC7VW-1/c.aspx" target="_blank">
<img src="http://www.kindlewood.co.uk/bmw_images/minilogo180x80.png" alt="MINI" width="117" height="52" class="ee_editable ee_smallimage ee_pnggif_image" title="MINI" align="right" border="0">

</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td class="ee_dropzone" width="580" align="left" style="width: 580px;">
<table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="ee_element ee_imageelement" ee-type="element" data-title="Image" style="width: 580px;table-layout: auto;">

</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
The above code is wrapped in a code like this:
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="640" style="width: 640px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);table-layout: auto;" class="w320" bgcolor="#ffffff">

<tr>
<td align="center" style="min-width: 320px; padding-top: 0;padding-right: 0;padding-bottom: 0;padding-left: 0;" width="640">
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width: 580px;table-layout: auto;" width="580">
Right now, the page displays as so:
But I need the white mini pic, text and logo to align with the rest of the page. Thanks for any input!
You need to span the td with the image across two columns, since the row above as two td's, if that makes sense.
So if you change
<td class="ee_dropzone" width="580" align="left" style="width: 580px;">
to
<td colspan="2" class="ee_dropzone" width="580" align="left" style="width: 580px;">
you should be good to go.

right align text in menubar

I am coding a menubar for an e-mail - therefore the messy tables. I need the two menuoptions "Point" and "My profile" to be aligned in the right side of the table:
<table class="organicweb1" style="border-collapse:collapse" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" width="100%;">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td style="padding:10px 0px 10px 0px" align="center" valign="top">
<table style="border-collapse:collapse; border: 1px solid red;" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" width="600">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td align="left" width="35" valign="top"> </td>
<td align="center" width="590" valign="middle">
<table style="border-collapse:collapse" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" width="590">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td style="padding:7px 0px 7px 0px" align="center" valign="middle">
<table style="border-collapse:collapse" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="left">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:120%;color:#512DA8" align="center" valign="top">
Book
<span> </span>
Gift
<span> </span>
Voucher
<span> </span>
<span> </span>
<b>Point:</b>
<span> </span>
<b>My profile</b>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</td>
<td align="left" width="35" valign="top"> </td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
JSFIDDLE
I have tried to set a text-align:right; on the a tag, the td tag, but I cannot get the two options to align right.
I can align them right if I set the text-align on the table. But then all the text are aligned right.
Does anybody have an idea what I am doing wrong here?
I think this will work for you -
I have put the inner table width to 100% and split you <a> tag to two <td> and gave them float.
<table class="organicweb1" style="border-collapse:collapse" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" width="100%;">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td style="padding:10px 0px 10px 0px" align="center" valign="top">
<table style="border-collapse:collapse; border: 1px solid red;" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" width="600">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td align="left" width="35" valign="top"> </td>
<td align="center" width="590" valign="middle">
<table style="border-collapse:collapse" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" width="590">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td style="padding:7px 0px 7px 0px" align="center" valign="middle">
<table style="border-collapse:collapse;width:100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="left" width: "100%">
<tr>
<td style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:120%;color:#512DA8;float:left" align="center" valign="top">
Book
<span> </span>
Gift
<span> </span>
Voucher
<span> </span>
<span> </span>
</td>
<td style="float:right">
<b>Point:</b>
<span> </span>
<b>My profile</b>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</td>
<td align="left" width="35" valign="top"> </td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
Hope this is helpfull for you.
try this snippet:
<a href="http://example.com"
style=
"color:#004b60;
text-decoration:none;
background-color: red;
padding: 5px 10px 5px 10px;
margin-left:250px;"
target="_blank"><b>Point:</b>
</a>
use margin-left:250px; instead of text-align: right;

How can I get a full width html email in gmail with text?

The below images (Scenario A, Scenario B) are taken from GMAIL app for same newsletter. The only difference is the highlighted portion in Scenario B is an image. Ideally I want scenario B (its properly aligned and takes 600 px width), but how can I achieve it with text itself (as shown in Scenario A)?
The problem I am facing is its getting wrapped like a mobile layout and because of that the whole template width is getting reduced.

Please help how can I solve this issue.
These td's should be placed within a table that's 600px wide and thát one should be placed within a table that's 100% wide.
Hope this helps. Otherwise, please post more of your code, so we can adjust it.
please use following code:
<table align=center" width="100%">

HTML E-mail Template Centering

I am working on an e-mail template that includes 2 links to a website and an e-mail address. They are both of varying widths and have it setup so that they're both beside each other and centred down the middle.
Recently ran into a problem when testing with Outlook and saw that the boxes were not centred and rather pushed to the left and right.
Here are some screenshots of what is happening:
Browser / Other E-mail Clients:
Outlook / Word Templating Engine:
The Code:
<td style="padding-bottom:0px; padding-left:10px; padding-right:10px; padding-top:22px; " align="center">

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can format it so that it works appears in Outlook as it does in the 1st image?
Specify the width for div and td wherever needed. It should work, outlook mail client will set the element width to 100% with reference to body if not specified.

How to align left and right column equally in outlook?

I want align equally in both side and need to support the outlook mail
Wrap your code in a table and put the two tables containing the buttons in two separate td.
Here is the code sample and fiddle

<tbody>
<tr>

Add float:left in both your <table> tags and it will do the trick.
