I am using Qtableview with QsqlTableModel for populating a table data. I want to sort the column based on user selection on column header.
I tried the way mentioned in QTableView sorting signal? for getting the signal (get the horizontal header from QtableView and connect signal sectionclicked(int logical index). But the same signal is not getting emitted when i click on column header.

I got the reason why the signal connection failed.
argument name should not be mentioned on connect.
connect(m_horiz_header, SIGNAL(sectionClicked(int)), this, SLOT(on_sectionClicked(int)));
by modifiying the above code like this, it worked.

Trying to setup Zabbix to show incomming login failures by syslog log files. I try to create an trigger which triggers when the last value occurs in the last 5 minutes of x amount of items.

I'm sure the count function works like it should be, when i fill in de variable manually the item does trigger.

I'm having a strange issue.
I created a model observer for my user model. The model observer is being run at 'saving'. when I dump the object at the very end of the user model to be displayed ( this is just before it saves.. according to laravel docs ) it displays all the attributes set correctly for the object, I've even seen an error that showed the correct attributes as set and being inserted into my database table. However, after the save has been completed and I query the database, two of the fields are not saved into the table.
There is no code written by myself sitting between the point where I dumped the attributes to check that they had been set and the save operation to the database. so I have no idea what could be causing this to happen. All the names are set correctly, and like I said, the attributes show as being inserted into the database, they just never end up being saved, I receive no error messages and only two out of ten attributes aren't being saved.
In my searches I have found many posts detailing that the $fillable property should be set, or issues relating to a problem with variables being misnamed or unset, however because I already have the specific attributes not being saved specified in the $fillable array, on top of the fact that they print out exactly as expected pre save, I don't believe those issues are related to the problem I am experiencing.

that is the code for the two values that aren't being set, when I run

all the variables are set correctly, and show up in the mysql insert attempt screen with correct values, but they do not persist past that point.. it seems to me that possibly mysql is rejecting the values for the city_id and the birth_date. However, I cannot understand why, or whether it is a problem with Laravel or mysql.

I figured I'd try to have my observer listen to:
creating();
I'm not sure why it only effected the date and city variables, but changing the function to listen at creating() instead of saving() seems to have solved my problem.
well I'm working with yii2 and I have , in the database schema , two tables (user and places) and they are related together via an intermediary table(junction table), i looked what is the best way to get those places that has been created by the user who is currently loged in the application. There are many ways to do it , but I use the next one:
In the User model I made a function called getPlaces():

and then I call this function and I pass the result to the view, the weird is that that does not show any places , Iam not getting it no error either , so when I look into the log in the database I can see the next:
SELECT * FROM ....... WHERE 0=1
well, obviously that wont display any data , but the weird there is 0=1 , i could not find what is going on with that. I have run "grep -lir "0=1" appDirectory" but it seems to be something else, does anyone know what is going on?
In Yii2, WHERE 0=1 is the result of an empty IN condition.
This simply means that your user model do not have any OwnerAdmins => the query to fetch places will have an empty IN condition.
I need some help.
I am importing some data in .csv file from an oledb source. I don't want the headers to appear twice in the destination. If i Uncheck the "Column names in first data row" property , the headers don't get populated in the first execution as well.
Output as of now.

How can I make the package run in such a way that if the file is empty , the headers get inserted. Then if the execution happens again, headers are not included,just the data.
there was a similar thread, but wasn't able to apply the solution as how to use expressions to get the number of rows of destination itself. It was long back , so I created a new.

I created a package level variable named AddHeader, type Boolean and set it to True. I added a Flat File Connection Manager, named FFCM and configured it to use a CSV output of 2 columns HeadCount (int), AddHeader (boolean). In the properties for the Connection Manager, I added an Expression for the property 'ColumnNamesInFirstDataRow' and assigned it a value of #[User::AddHeader]
I added a script task to test the size of the file. It has read/write access to the Variable AddHeader. I then used this script to determine whether the file was empty. If your definition of "empty" is that it has a header row, then I'd adjust the logic in the if check to match that length.

I deleted my file and ran the package and only had a header once.
The property that controls whether the column names will be included in the output file or not is ColumnNamesInFirstDataRow. This is a readonly property.
One way to achieve what you are trying to do it would be to have two data flow tasks on the control flow surface preceded by a script task. these two data flow tasks will be identical except that they will be referring to two different flat file connection managers. Again, the only difference between these two would be the different values for the ColumnsInTheFirstDataRow; one true, another false.
Use this Script task to decide whether this is the first run or subsequent runs. Persist this information and check it within the script. Either you can have a separate table for this information, or use some log table to infer it.
Following solution is worked for me.You can also try the following.
Create three variables.
IsHeaderRequired
RowCount
TargetFilePath
Get the source row counts using Execute SQL task and save it in
RowCount variable.
Have script task. Add readonly variables TargetFilePath and
RowCount. Add read and write variable IsHeaderRequired.
Edit the script and add the following line of code.

A solution ....
First, add an SSIS integer variable in the scope of the Foreach Loop or higher - I'll call this RowCount - and make its default value negative (this is important!). Next, add a Row Count to your Data Flow, and assign the result to the RowCount SSIS variable we just made. Third, select your Connection Manager (don't double-click) and open the Properties window (F4). Find the Expressions property, select it, and hit the ellipsis (...) button. Select the ColumnNamesInFirstDataRow property, and use an expression like this:
[#User::RowCount] < 0
Now, when your package starts, RowCount has the static value of -1 or another negative number. When the data flow starts for the first time in your loop, the ColumnNamesInFirstDataRow property will have a value of TRUE. When the first data flow completes, the row count (even if it's zero) is written to the RowCount variable. On the second interation of the loop, the Connection Manager is then reconfigured to NOT write column names...
I've got a Coldfusion component, with a method in it called getColumnNames
This just queries a MySQL table, and returns the columnlist:

If I access this remotely in the browser, with page.cfc?method=getColumnNames, then I get the expected list of columns back.
However, if I try to access this from inside another method within the component, I get an error

The error dump for the above code returns the message "The setSQL method was not found".
So can anyone help me find out why it works as a remote call, but not when called from another method inside the same component.
Problem may be caused some kind of race conditions. If you make few calls which interfere, at some point qProcessCars may already be query result, so invoking method is not possible.
I would try to make the qProcessCars variable local scoped (var qProcessCars = new Query();
) and/or try to use another variable name for query results.
Next possible step is to enclose the query building/executing code into named lock.
Ah I've answered my own question again. Sorry.
I've used the same name qProcessCars else where in the component, I hadn't put var in front of them.
I don't know WHY that was causing the problem, but it was. Maybe setSQL can only be called once per query object?
