Sorry if the title is confusing but I'll try to explain what I mean.
I was wondering how I can add a "sub-website" (in my words) when buying a domain.
For example, the main website is google.com, and the sub-website is maps.google.com.
Is this possible without buying another domain?
Okay buddy you need to go to your WEB HOSTING site and login to your cpanel and you'll find a link called sub domains. that's it you can put a sub domain in there!

I'm not sure what is wrong, I've tried copying and moving all the contents to another folder and tried again but it still does not detect the HTML file nor does it detect the images in my image folder. Is there something wrong with my folders? or is Microsoft Azure the problem? I'm trying to host a static website using Microsoft Azure. I followed steps from a youtube video I've watched (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttmEOLKk3Cw&t=321s&ab_channel=JohnSavill%27sTechnicalTraining) this is the video and when I reached 4:00 minutes that's where the problem started.

I have a stupid question which I can't find the answer. If I download a video or a music with IDM from the site with name X, the owner can see if I downloaded the video? Is there any way to track it? Thank you
Yes the owner of the website you are downloading from can track the traffic and which files you downloaded. That doesn't necessarily mean that they does it because a system that does that will probably have to be set up manually (depending on hosting service).

This is potentially a very stupid question and i'm likely to word it terrible so please be kind. I was wondering how some sites have pages before the domain, i.e. if my domain is 'www.example.com' then some sites have pages at url's such as 'test.example.com' could anyone tell me how i'd create a page like this?
(A real world example would be that the domain 'http://lolesports.com/' has the page 'http://euw.lolesports.com/')
Those are not pages, they are called subdomains. You should ask your web hosting provider how to do it.
What you are talking about is not a web page, it's a subdomain. A subdomain does not depend on your server but on the registrar of the URL.
To do that, you need to get an URL and see with your registrar how to set up a subdomain.

when our website was infected，we always just change the root password and the mysql password，fix the code where have vulnerability。But I think it is not enough ， does anyone have more advance on it？ I just have no idea that whether he has the backdoor in our system or have other attack that I haven't know about。
The problem is, that after the system was once hacked, you cannot be 100% sure that the hacker did not leave you a backdoor, unless he left a log of what he did.
The best way would be complete reset the system. Re-install the OS and completely rebuild the server. However that might not always be an option.
I would advise you to
Rebuild the system
Check all code using sql in you app to use prepared statements
log the sql for some time and go through it, to see if the hacker tries again and make double sure you get the code he aims at

I am free user in Openshift. There are 3 machine available.
I used 1 to write my blog.
About 1 hr ago. I just want to delete another machine, so I click button "delete".
And than, I found that I delete the wrong one.
So my blog is killed by me....
How can I receive my data ??

If you really don't have any backups, your best bet would be to contact the support.
