Based on what you made I just apply the css to your button more clearly in css and adjust center:
#valider{
position:absolute;
bottom: 10%;
left: 50%;
transform: translate(-50%);
}

I am trying to get my navigation bar to have a the toggler button on the left with the brand logo in the middle as similar to the image below
I am unsure how to go about doing this. My current code has button on the far left with the logo at the far right.
CODE
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">

The easiest Bootstrap solution would be the use of the mx-auto-class:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>

<meta charset="utf-8" />
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1" />
<!-- Bootstrap CSS -->

<title>Hello, world!</title>
</head>
<body>
<nav class="navbar navbar-light bg-warning">
<div class="container-fluid">
<button class="navbar-toggler">
<span class="navbar-toggler-icon"></span>
</button>
<a class="navbar-brand mx-auto" href="#">
<img src="https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/assets/brand/bootstrap-logo.svg" alt="" width="130" height="47" />
</a>
</div>
</nav>
<!-- Optional JavaScript; choose one of the two! -->

</body>
</html>
Edit: To move the text/logo in the center of the viewport you need custom CSS. You need to move either the text/logo or the menu button out of flow with position: relative/absolute However notice that it can cause a collision issue on smaller screens depending on the width of the text/logo
.navbar-toggler {
position: absolute;
left: 1em;
top: 50%;
transform: translate(0, -50%);
}
.container-fluid {
position: relative;
}
<!DOCTYPE html>

Put a position relative class to the container holding the navbar button and the logo. After that, add position absolute to the navbar button and just add "m-auto" to the nav-bar-brand container.

Bootstrap doesn't works, how to fix it?
I don't want install any packages etc.
I tried few other icons and it again not worked, I don't have any idea for fix and I don't know what is the problem.
first, put the bootstrap CDN and google fonts files below the title tag.
then put the js script file to last inside the body. then try again.

I'm trying to make the inside of the color white with the CSS file, unfortunately it doesn't seem to want to change even though I have specified it which should override the bootstrap. Thanks for taking your time to look at this problem!
Use !important attribute to override bootstrap. Also you have added the anchor tag wrong in css. The colora class is applied to anchor tag. However, your CSS denotes that find anchor tag inside colora class which is not present. Remove the anchor from the css and it will work. Below is your working code example.
.colora,.colora:visited {
color: #fff !important;
text-decoration: none !important;
}
<!DOCTYPE html>

Your css is referencing an a element that is the child of an element with a class of colora. There is no such element.
I think you want
a.colora,a.colora:visited {
but I can only guess.
a.colora,a.colora:visited {

Got it working, the problem was apparently I needed to rename the static which I named template, to static. Also I had to specify the file location instead of using the url_for method. Don't know why it worked but that would be the finalized code.

I am new to bootstrap and am trying to build a navigation bar but when I put the proper code in, the nav bar doesn't appear. I am using bootstrap 4 which I'm not sure if I am using the wrong code for the version I am using. Here is my code...
<!DOCTYPE html>

<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, shrink-to-fit=no">

The nav element is there, but Bootstrap 4 doesn't include navbar-inverse class. That's why you can't see it.
You can use navbar-dark and bg-dark classes instead, which gives you the desired effect that I think you want.

It looks as though you are floating your icons to the left and the following elements are catching on it.
Try setting clear left on your lis.
li {clear: left;}
