I'm trying to make the inside of the color white with the CSS file, unfortunately it doesn't seem to want to change even though I have specified it which should override the bootstrap. Thanks for taking your time to look at this problem!

Use !important attribute to override bootstrap. Also you have added the anchor tag wrong in css. The colora class is applied to anchor tag. However, your CSS denotes that find anchor tag inside colora class which is not present. Remove the anchor from the css and it will work. Below is your working code example.
.colora,.colora:visited {
color: #fff !important;
text-decoration: none !important;
}

Your css is referencing an a element that is the child of an element with a class of colora. There is no such element.
I think you want
a.colora,a.colora:visited {
but I can only guess.
a.colora,a.colora:visited {
color: rgb(255, 255, 250);
text-decoration: none;

Got it working, the problem was apparently I needed to rename the static which I named template, to static. Also I had to specify the file location instead of using the url_for method. Don't know why it worked but that would be the finalized code.

I am trying to get my navigation bar to have a the toggler button on the left with the brand logo in the middle as similar to the image below
I am unsure how to go about doing this. My current code has button on the far left with the logo at the far right.
CODE

The easiest Bootstrap solution would be the use of the mx-auto-class:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
<!-- Required meta tags -->
<meta charset="utf-8" />
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1" />
<!-- Bootstrap CSS -->

<title>Hello, world!</title>
</head>
<body>
<nav class="navbar navbar-light bg-warning">
<div class="container-fluid">
<button class="navbar-toggler">
<span class="navbar-toggler-icon"></span>
</button>
<a class="navbar-brand mx-auto" href="#">
<img src="https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/assets/brand/bootstrap-logo.svg" alt="" width="130" height="47" />
</a>
</div>
</nav>
<!-- Optional JavaScript; choose one of the two! -->
<!-- Option 1: Bootstrap Bundle with Popper -->

</body>
</html>
Edit: To move the text/logo in the center of the viewport you need custom CSS. You need to move either the text/logo or the menu button out of flow with position: relative/absolute However notice that it can cause a collision issue on smaller screens depending on the width of the text/logo
.navbar-toggler {
position: absolute;
left: 1em;
top: 50%;
transform: translate(0, -50%);
}
.container-fluid {
position: relative;
}
<!DOCTYPE html>

Put a position relative class to the container holding the navbar button and the logo. After that, add position absolute to the navbar button and just add "m-auto" to the nav-bar-brand container.

How to create a dropdown using Bootstrap?

I was creating a dropdown at 'Menubar'. I am using Bootstrap 5.1 to do that. This is an 'ASP.NET Core 6 MVC' project. It'ss also a partial view. The exact code is as following:
<li class="nav-item dropdown show">
<a class="dropdown-toggle nav-link text-dark" href="#" data-toggle="dropdown">Admin</a>
<div class="dropdown-menu">
<a class="dropdown-item">Categories</a>
<a class="dropdown-item">Media Types</a>
</div>
</li>
But whenever I click on this link the dropdown doesn't toggle. If someone can point out the problem that would be very helpful. The reference video is attached here
The above answer are all wrong. I have watched your video, and the reason behine is your code is using bootstrap-4, instead of bootstrap-5.
I have tested your code with bootstrap-4 starter template, and now it works.

Check the starter template by here.
If you sure your whole ASP.NET Core MVC Bootstrap's version is 5.1, your code won't work.
You have a typo here:
Before
<a class="dropdown-item">>Categories</a>
After
<a class="dropdown-item">Categories</a>
Update
Adding to the typo you had, like #seantsang94121 said the other problem here is that you are using this code in bootstrap 5 and it only works in bootstrap 4 as his example shown on his answer -> Answer
you need those:

Dropdown button don't expand

I was trying to make dropdown button via data attributes using bootstrap, but when I click on button nothing happen.
I follow official documentation, even directly copy example but the button is not opening the menu. There is test page:
<html lang="en">
<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, shrink-to-fit=no">
<link href="https://stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.3.1/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet"
integrity="sha384-ggOyR0iXCbMQv3Xipma34MD+dH/1fQ784/j6cY/iJTQUOhcWr7x9JvoRxT2MZw1T" crossorigin="anonymous">
<link href="/static/the_elder_commands/base.css" rel="stylesheet">
<title>Title</title>
</head>
<body>
<div class="btn-group dropright">
<button class="btn btn-dark dropdown-toggle" type="button" id="id_something"
data-toggle="dropdown" aria-haspopup="true" aria-expanded="false">
Template
</button>
<div class="dropdown-menu" aria-labelledby="id_something">
<a class="dropdown-item" href="#">Template</a>
</div>
</div>
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.slim.min.js"

crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0/js/bootstrap.min.js"

crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/popper.js/1.12.9/umd/popper.min.js"></script>
</body>
</html>
Can someone tell me what is missing or what I doing wrong?
In the official page of Bootstrap They Mentioned you have to load jquery first then pooper js then lastly their javascript You have mistyped the order
Their official example
<!-- jQuery first, then Popper.js, then Bootstrap JS -->
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.3.1.slim.min.js" integrity="sha384-q8i/X+965DzO0rT7abK41JStQIAqVgRVzpbzo5smXKp4YfRvH+8abtTE1Pi6jizo" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/popper.js/1.14.7/umd/popper.min.js" integrity="sha384-UO2eT0CpHqdSJQ6hJty5KVphtPhzWj9WO1clHTMGa3JDZwrnQq4sF86dIHNDz0W1" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<script src="https://stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.3.1/js/bootstrap.min.js" integrity="sha384-JjSmVgyd0p3pXB1rRibZUAYoIIy6OrQ6VrjIEaFf/nJGzIxFDsf4x0xIM+B07jRM" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
also I would suggest using the minified version of jquery (not the slim) if you are planning on using it
According to the documentation:
jQuery must come first, then Popper.js, and then our JavaScript plugins.
So all you have to do is change the order of your script tags.
Like so:
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.slim.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/popper.js/1.12.9/umd/popper.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
JQuery,
Popper.js,
Bootstrap.js
That should do the trick
You linked the scripts into your project in the wrong order, let's fix that:
<html lang="en">
<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, shrink-to-fit=no">
<link href="https://stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.3.1/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet"

<link href="/static/the_elder_commands/base.css" rel="stylesheet">
<title>Title</title>
</head>
<body>
<div class="btn-group dropright">
<button class="btn btn-dark dropdown-toggle" type="button" id="id_something"
data-toggle="dropdown" aria-haspopup="true" aria-expanded="false">
Template
</button>
<div class="dropdown-menu" aria-labelledby="id_something">
<a class="dropdown-item" href="#">Template</a>
</div>
</div>
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.slim.min.js"
integrity="sha384-KJ3o2DKtIkvYIK3UENzmM7KCkRr/rE9/Qpg6aAZGJwFDMVNA/GpGFF93hXpG5KkN"
crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/popper.js/1.12.9/umd/popper.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0/js/bootstrap.min.js"
integrity="sha384-JZR6Spejh4U02d8jOt6vLEHfe/JQGiRRSQQxSfFWpi1MquVdAyjUar5+76PVCmYl"
crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
</body>
</html>

Bootstrap pull-right not working

I have problem with bootstrap class pull-right. My span is still floated left. So, I don't know why pull-right class not working.

</nav>
</header>
<main>
</main>
</body>
</html>
At first your version used 4.1.1 dose not contain any class selector like pull-right but float-right. Secondly it is happening for container nav navbar-expand-md selector which contains a CSS properties like justify-content:flex-start; so this is dose not matter you using float: left/right; You need override justify-content:flex-start; to justify-content:space-between; with current Bootstrap based markup structure, see below I added snippet:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="cs">
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="author" content="Vojtěch Matras">
<title>Admin Express Blogs&Magazines</title>

<script src="https://stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.1.1/js/bootstrap.min.js" integrity="sha384-smHYKdLADwkXOn1EmN1qk/HfnUcbVRZyYmZ4qpPea6sjB/pTJ0euyQp0Mk8ck+5T" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<style type="text/css">
#media (min-width: 768px){
.navbar-expand-md {
justify-content:space-between;
}
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<header>
<nav class="navbar navbar-expand-md bg-dark navbar-dark">
<span class="text-light">AdminPanel</span>
<span class="text-light float-right">[#role][#nickname]</span>
</nav>
</header>
<main>
</main>
</body>
</html>
Use class="float-right" instead of class = "pull-right" and let me know if it works.
You can have a problem while using class="float-right". You should add <div class="clearfix"></div>

Bootstrap navbar and panels disappeared from website

I have an angular2 website that uses bootstrap and it worked perfectly fine for 2 months. Today many of bootstrap's features just disappeared. Below is the image - the white stripe on the top is where the nav bar used to be - the navbar's title is still there, but color and other items, like login, register etc are not visible (or not there anymore). I've tried to change bootstrap 3.3.7 to 4beta, but the result is still the same...
That's how it looked before:
index.html:
