I'm connecting my SQL Server database in my PowerShell Script like this

but it's using my WIndow Authentication to login to my SQL Database and it's working fine but I'm wondering how can I pass different credential to login and do the query.
I have tried like this

It's better not to have your creds exposed on the command-line. The below works, though I'm wondering if you're trying to do Windows Auth instead of SQL Server Authentication. Username and Password is used for SQL Auth of accounts stored in the server and must have Mixed Mode enabled. Windows Auth is only supported for the account doing the connection (AKA, your PowerShell session).

I checked the server, user, pwd and everything checks, I can connect using other clients. Also tried using other valid servers and users, but it just throws this same problem.
Does the server have SSL connections enabled? If not, try adding SslMode=none to the connection string.

$variables are not expanded in a single quotes string literal, they are only expanded in a double quoted string literals.
So
$conn = new PDO("mysql:host=$servername; dbname=$dbname", $username, $password);
You will also have to make sure that this MYSQL user account web is setup to allow connections from ip addresses that are not the ip of the machine running MySQL
I have a MySQL DB setup on my Windows laptop. I'm using a powershell script to connect/query/input to the DB. I have a query I'm trying to run, I can run it in the MySQL Workbench currently it takes 31.032 sec to run and returns 3 rows.

When I run the powershell script, it times out. So I looked into changing the timeout options. I first ran
SET GLOBAL connect_timeout=31536000;
SET GLOBAL wait_timeout=2147483;
SET GLOBAL interactive_timeout=31536000;
The numbers are the max allowed from the MySQL documentation. That did not cut it! So I edited the my.ini file and added

wait_timeout=2147483
interactive_timeout=31536000
I restarted the MySQL service. Still the same issue!
When the script connects to the DB it displays
