How to make html selection with independent two columns? - html

I want to make a 'year' and 'month' selection on the mobile web using HTML selection list with independent 2 columns. Selection one doesn't affect the other selection like iPhone alarm setting.
Also, I want to make a drop-down using one click (etc. I don't want to let the people click twice to open each year and month selection.)
I've searched google and I couldn't find the answer. Anyone would help? Thank you very much!!

Google sheets dropdown lists that update as options get seleected

Hi all I’m just starting to look at google forms and sheets.
I’m wanting to create a form to vote for players in a team.
I dont want to use the multiple choice style of question, I want to use dropdown lists.
I’d like 3-5 dropdowns eg: “3 Votes”, “2 Votes”, “1 Vote”, “1 Vote”, “1 Vote”. All of these dropdown lists draw from the one sheet with the team members and would all have the same 20 odd names displayed on activation.
However, when a player is selected in “3votes” it would not appear in “2votes” or “1vote” dropdown lists, and so on, as players are selected in the 2vote and 1vote lists.
The intent is to remove the opportunity to vote for a player more than once
The form will be used by a number of people that could vote the same way,so it’s not like removing appointment options for everyone, just what the form can select as it’s being used
I can do it with multi choice radio buttons without any scripting, but it’s not very elegant esp on a phone.
I image this is a relatively simple script, but I have no idea about JavaScript or gs.
Thanks for help in advance

Getting a specific text from a website using Regex in Shortcuts

I’m trying to create a Shortcut on iOS that uses Regex, what I’m trying to accomplish is getting the price of a product from a website but no matter what Regex commands I use don’t work. It would be easier if my computer was up and running and I was able to use addons to view the site better but I’m stuck on iOS for the time being. Viewing the source code line 606 displays
'productPrice':'409.99',
But nothing I try pulls the the price even from different lines in the code.
I’m trying to get the price from https://www.microcenter.com/product/512484/intel-core-i7-9700k-coffee-lake-36-ghz-lga-1151-boxed-processor
I just can’t figure out how to retrieve the price being shown, I’ve tried so many combinations I had to turn to more experienced user help.
this works for me: 'productPrice':'(.*?)', - link
Make sure you are getting the part of the page source that contains this information.
The answer was so simple, if using shortcuts on iOS I was able to pull the price of the MicroCenter product by these commands.
URL - microcenter page to product
Get Contents of URL (leave as is)
Get Text from Input
Match Text - Pattern - \$......
Get item from list - Item at Index / 2 (2 is for items on sale or not)
The rest you can decide what to do with it, make a notification or whatever you decide how to display the price. This answer I found was a way to make sure it works. Now I’ll make a menu of multiple items from micro I have my eye on to pull all the prices in 1 click display. https://m.imgur.com/Iljvsx6

Autocomplete Chronoform in Joomla 2.5

I'm creating a simple form using Chronoforms, but so far I haven't been able to solve a small problem.
I would love to load two or three fields in a search done by the autocomplete element, i currently have two autocompletes working, but i can't seem to be able to load the other values into the corresponding textboxes.
I'm including the link to the form
http://cfobb.ca/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=nomination_form
and as it can be seen, the first two fields in the first tab are working autocompletes, but i would love to have them linked so when the user chooses in any of the two, the other automatically gets filled. That selection would also trigger another sql query (that i already have, nothing fancy) that would fill the School Name drop-down menu. Also there's this code in the help tab
$form->data['_PLUGINS_']['autocomplete_processor']['result'];
but i don't really know how to use/handle it
Thanks

Creating a Directory Listing type Report in SSRS

I was wondering if there was a way to create a directory listing report in ssrs and if so, how would i go about creating it.
I'm mostly familiar with creating tabular and some somewhat complex reports, but nothing like this; so any help would be extremely useful.
Here's a sample of how the report might look.
Thanks!
Addendum: The content on each page needs to be grouped by Department & Sub-Department.
I made a mistake on the sample report; where it says Department Subtitle it should say sub-department.
Here's one way I've seen it done.
For a 3 column look, create 3 tables/list with the same dataset and set visibility for details group to:
=IIF(ROWNUMBER("YourDataSet") mod 3=1,FALSE,TRUE) <--Table1
=IIF(ROWNUMBER("YourDataSet") mod 3=2,FALSE,TRUE) <--Table2
=IIF(ROWNUMBER("YourDataSet") mod 3=0,FALSE,TRUE) <--Table3
I think your problem is an addition to this question here.
I did a simple test that imitates your situation. Here is how to do it:
Set the report to 3 columns via Report properties. Adjusted the width of each column so that they fit in 1 page of paper.
Add a List control to the first column. Put Text Box controls inside with the required data fields. The List control will repeat for each Listing record.
Create groups for Department and Sub-Department via Row Groups pane. Rearrange the groups so that they will appear above the List control.
Right-click on Department group (or Sub-Department group) and add Page Breaks.
Preview (Should get a result pretty close to what you want)

Re-naming chart legend in Access 2007

In an auto-generated chart based on a query (I dragged the chart object onto a blank form to start it), the chart itself is displaying and updating properly, datawise, but I want to change the Legend from reading "SumOfAvgOfield1" and "SumOfAvgOfield2" to regular words suitable for final presentations. But I can't find a way to change it!
I realize this is a late answer, but I was just having a similar issue and figured someone else might benefit from knowing how to get rid of the 'SumOf' labels.
In design view, right click on the chart and select 'Properties'.
Choose the Data tab.
The 'Row Source' field is the one you're going to be interested.
In there you can see various places where it's labeling your data:
Sum() AS [SumOfData]
Just edit the text right in the properties window and you'll be set.
This is WAY late, but here's what I found (Yes we still use office 2007)
Open the form in PivotTable View. Open Property Sheet. Highlight the column you want to change the Legend Caption for. Choose the Captions Tab in the properties window. There you can change the captions for each column.
Had 4 charts on a form. 3 would let me edit the Heading of the Chart, the 4th would not. Read a lot of posts that did not pertain. Noticed the datasheet for the 4th chart was completely empty.
SOLUTION: Clicked on chart until the datasheet appeared. Added mock field headings and mock data to datasheet. I could then click on chart and edit the chart's Heading. You can also highlight and change the color of selected words in the chart's Heading. Very Nice!
Good luck,
Vancer
The SumofAverageOfFiled1, etc is automatically generated. Even if you edit it in the datasheet, it changes back (or at least that is my experience). What I did to get around this is add a Rectangle and fill it with white and size it to cover up the "Sumof" captions. You can Bring to Front the Rectangle. Then you can add text boxes to label the chart's bars to read the way you want them. Drag them over the Rectange and Bring to Front.
Hope this helps.
Everywhere I looked it said just change the Pivot Table to change the Legend Entry.
Well, let me tell you.
First, if you have no Pivot Table that you can see do the following:
go to design view and select the form
right click and hit Properties. Scroll through till you see AllowPivotTableView and select yes.
Now you can go and change the column headers!
This could help
Select xxxxx, yyyyy from zzzz
Chart0.ChartSeriesCollection(0).DisplayName = ![XXXXX]
Chart0.ChartSeriesCollection(1).DisplayName = ![YYYYY]
Was very difficult to me to find a way to do it.
