And this is my css code
.board_list {
border-width: 1px;
border-style: solid;
border-color: #E9E9E9;
}
You should add new div inside .board_list this class and add css property clear:both;
Something like this :

This is my first time using react and I am sure that code given is probably not using react's best practices but I am just playing around with it to understand it for now, my problem is that I am trying to access the divs and paragraphs inside the modal but document querySelector returns null. I want to hide a div element on hover of kendo-menu-item in angular 8.
I want to hide a div whose class is "nav-flyout" on hover of kendo-menu-item "what we do"
Here is the html code
<div class="toolbar navbar" role="banner">
<span><h3>My Project</h3></span>
<div class="spacer"></div>
<kendo-menu class="navbar">
<kendo-menu-item
[cssClass]="'what-we-do'"
text="What We Do"

></kendo-menu-item>
<kendo-menu-item text="Our Team" url="/ourteam"></kendo-menu-item>
<kendo-menu-item text="Our Work" url="/ourwork"></kendo-menu-item>
<kendo-menu-item text="Resources" url="/resources"></kendo-menu-item>
<kendo-menu-item text="Who Are We" url="/whoarewe"></kendo-menu-item>
</kendo-menu>
<button kendoButton [primary]="true">Let's Talk</button>
<div id="rightSpace"></div>

<div class="content" role="main"></div>

</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
Any help would be appreciated.
you need to add mouse-eventin kendo-menu-item like:
<kendo-menu-item (mouseover)="yourFun()" text="Our Team" url="/ourteam"></kendo-menu-item>
and in this function yourFun() change display-style , Triggers when cursor is over the mouseover applied element (like hover).
I've recently designed a website and have realised that some of the background of the content, when you scroll down is transparent and so the fixed div that is beneath the content displays on IE and Firefox. Please see my website for a live view of the problem. The HTML is below. Please see below an image of my problem as you can see the text "Get In Touch" is being displayed. I want the background of the content to be above this. Please find attached the fiddle.

You have an empty P tag inside your post-container that is causing this gap. Remove it and it will fix everything accross all browsers. Also, once the empty tag is removed, you could give the last P element (with the "My favourite book" text) a padding-bottom of 45px to push the container down correctly.
<div class="post-container">
<div class="Biographical-Content hidden visible animated fadeInUpBig">
<div style="height: 407px;" class="step out-view active"></div>

<p>I go by the name of [...]</p>
<p> Freedom of thought [...]</p>
<p>My favourite book [...]</p>
<p></p> --> Empty P tag
</div>
</div>
If for any reason you can't avoid having that "extra" <p> in your html; add this to your css
p:last-child {
display: none;
}
This is a funny one.
I have a page using knockoutjs.
Everything works fine apart from one of the images in the page that doesn't show.

as you can see there only one small difference, one of the image have the source where the tilde (~) didnøt get resolved inot the right path.
It's only that one image in that position, if I change the source to another path it still does not work, but as you can see the next image is exactly the same but it works...
something to do with mvc messing around because of the knockout code?
Or maybe just a simple error in my html that make MVC get crazy? First coming first serving. :)
I actually found the problem. It's probably a pure HTML problem.
There is an extra double quote at the end of one attribute in a li tag. :)
I made some tests and it doesn't matter where but if any attribte in any tag as an extra double quote, that img stop working. I wonder why that img src and not something else.
I am having some css issues...
When you hover over a product from here, you can see 'show now'..
But when you hover over the product from here, you can see 'Addto Cart' and you also see some black background for 'Add To Cart' which I am not understanding..
May I know what still I have to add in CSS..?
here is my code that displays products:
<!-- Product List -->
<div class="pl">
[product.each]
<div class="t1 col3">
<ul class="products ribbon">
<li class="product">
<a href="[product.link]">
<div class="thumbnail">
<img width="150" height="150" src="[product.image direct='1' tag='0']" class="attachment-shop_catalog wp-post-image" alt="[product.name]" title="[product.name]">
<div class="thumb-shadow"></div>
<strong class="below-thumb">[product.name]</strong>
</div>
<span class="price">
<span class="amount">
<?php if ($product->saleprice > 0 && $product->saleprice < $product->price) { ?>

so, please tell me what am I missing..? you can find CSS code in source code...
They have used a background image.
In your case you need to set a background to .buttons or the anchor in there.
BTW: please stop using inline-stylsheets; use a separate <style> block or an external CSS file instead. That way, your CSS is much easier to read and understand.
