I have installed Kartik datetimepicker in my local directory via composer. Then I uploaded it to my GoDaddy shared hosting server directory but it's showing me that class not found.
I have even tried dosamigos plugin as well for datetimepicker. Same issue with it as well. I followed the same pattern. Installed via composer and uploaded it on server.
Both the plugins are working fine in my local server. But not working on live server.
I am stuck on this. Please help.
Upload the complete vendor folder after composer update, not only the module you added. This way you also upload all dependencies.

I have a website on my locally hosted XAMMP server (Windows). I need to transfer this over to 123Reg.
The XAMPP server runs: PHP 7.3.2 and MySQL 5.5.5; and the 123Reg server runs:PHP 7.2.16 and MySQL 5.5.5
I have tried using Duplicator. It works however I cannot access the Wordpress backend (wp-admin) using any admin credentials or make a new one in the Duplicator wizard and via the database (it would just say 'Sorry, you can't access this page', and yes, I have tried deleting plugins and editing the .htaccess file with no luck). I have tried a manual migration (export and restore files and database) as well with the same issue as the duplicator one.
Currently, I have installed a new version of Wordpress on the 123Reg server can copied the wp-content directory from the XAMPP server to the 123Reg one. However, this is not enough. I need the whole site (including pages), cloned so they look exactly as they are on the XAMPP server on the 123Reg server.
I was expecting it to transfer the site without errors as the site is fine on my XAMMP server, but it's not.
Am I doing something wrong? I am not sure of what to do now so I would appreciate any sort of help.

Hi is there a way for PhpStorm to work directly on a remote server? No local files. Because as of the moment PhpStorm has local files wherein it just automatically uploads all files during save on remote.
My problem is if someone changes something remotely I need to manually download it first before seeing the changes.
It's not possible to fully operate on a remote server. Phpstorm need a local project, which contain the .idea folder. You can edit remote files without downloading them to the project folder. But in this case the entire list of features is not available.
For you can be useful the following settings:
tools->Deployment->Options:
warn when uploading over newer file
Notify about remote changes
I'm trying to publish ligthswitch on local network with from VisualStudio 2013,
I have installed IIS and launched web-deployment services. I Think I also installed all the possible features from web platform installer.
When I publish lightswitch app I get to this screen.
and I dont know how to get pass this service Url line. Whenever I type localhost or Computer name which is the server name, perhaps? I get an error
"Lightswitch must be run with administrative privileges to deploy to local host.
I fugured I could also just use import settings file. It could be alternative way.
but how do I create this xml file.
I've answered this for you before. You may have missed a step:
Open IIS
Locate "Default Web Site"
Right click and find Deploy -> Configure Web Deploy Publishing... (This step will create the XML file that you can use for Import Settings...
(If this menu option isn't available it means you haven't got the Management Service installed. And/or you haven't got the ALL of the Web Deploy 3.5 components installed.)
I have a working WordPress website hosted at Hostgator which I want to move to Openshift. Till now I have done :
Downloaded the entire WP installation(including wp-includes, wp-admin,wp-content etc.)
Downloaded the original MySql database with phpmyadmin(both zipped and .sql format)
Installed fresh WP on Openshift, later I logged in into the database of this new installation and dropped all the tables(with phpmyadmin).
Thereafter uploaded the original database, successfully imported into the new Openshift database(with phpmyadmin).
Then I upload all original downloaded WordPress installation files into the Openshift one, overwriting everything.
Now I see a database connection error. I guess Openshift doesn't recognize wp-config.php details which consists of the Hostgator data(which I am confused as I don't know if I should be editing the one in the GIT folder or the one in the app-root/current).
Request a step-by-step process. Help appreciated.
My suggestion would be to use the Openshift Wordpress quickstart, and get a Wordpress application deployed and then just restore the DB.
