Is SMT version of Microsoft Translator still available? - microsoft-translator

I would like to use SMT version of Microsoft Translator in Azure to compare the out put with other engines, but is it still available? I have searched and found that SMT for personal use is available at http://www.bing.com/translator, but I wonder where we can use SMT for business use.
Best regards,
Naoki Notoya

The Microsoft Translator Text API and Translator Speech API is available for personal and commercial use and both types of use would follow the Online Service Terms. Any user of the Translator API can use the SMT and NMT systems. See below for more information.
To read the terms, please go to the Microsoft Azure Legal Information page. You'll see a link to the Online Service Terms. When you open the Terms document, you can search for "Translator". The Microsoft Translator API is part of the Cognitive Services collection of APIs.
Microsoft Translator is SMT based service and all of our supported languages are SMT by default, except for Chinese and Hindi. These two languages are NMT by default. For 19 of the languages, you can choose to use SMT or NMT. Please see our Languages webpage for a list of the support languages. www.aka.ms/TranslatorLanguages
To invoke neural translations for the 19 languages, you use category=generalnn when you call the API. If you need to specifically call the Chinese or Hindi SMT systems, use the category=smt to access it.

C/C++ interface for Google Cloud KMS API

I find it extraordinary that there isn't a PKCS#11 interface let alone the fact there is support for C#, Go, Java, Node.JS, PHP, Python and Ruby but no direct API support for C/C++. Did I miss something? Is it just a REST interface where you have to use one of Microsoft REST API library, Pistache or one of the other libraries out there?
In general, Google Cloud publishes languages and client libraries in 7 languages:
C# (.NET)
Go
Java
Node.js
PHP
Python
Ruby
And then you can always access the API directly via REST or gRPC.
If you'd like to learn more about PKCS#11 in Cloud KMS, please reach out to the team using any of the methods on this page.

Can I use a previous translation engine?

I already own a translation engine I created some years ago. I would like to know if I can use that engine to train a new engine using Microsfot Custom Translation.
I haven't bought Translator Text yet or any Azure producsts, so knowing whether if I can 'recycle' my old engine or not is something I will consider before buying any product.
You can call the translator API v2.0 but it is not recommended. At the same time the translator hub had been retired since May. Which means you cannot improve the result with your document.
You train a Custom Translator system with previously translated documents. If your previous engine was a statistical system or neural translation system, you can use the same training material. If not, you could train on material that you have translated by hand or with your previous engine, or a mix of both. Custom Translator languages are limited to the languages Microsoft provides a base engine for.

Use Microsoft Translation Hub with category LAW

IS it possible to use Microsoft Translation API for specific category like LAW.
Currently I am training Microsoft Custom Translation Hub to train my own model. While creating project system asked me to provide category (i.e., LAW, Technical, etc.) which means it has already trained model for different category.
Is it possible to use category specific model(Microsoft Trained) of Microsoft Translator through API?
On Translator Hub, the only category that gives different results is "Technology", when translating from English to other languages. All other category selections use the same general-domain system underneath.
Recommendation is to upgrade to Custom Translator: http://customtranslator.ai.

microsoft translator doesn't translates to kannada language

I did not get the kannada language in microsoft translator. I was about translate my english content in word document to kannada. But the language is not in the list. It is very sad that a language spoken by more than 50 million native speakers.
I request you to add the language in the translation list. And enable us to provide service in Kannada language.
We are periodically adding new languages and language features to the Translator service.
You can learn more about how we add new languages and language features here: https://microsofttranslator.uservoice.com/forums/421776-how-do-i-get-my-language-supported

What's the term of manage and expost web applications like SharePoint

Ruffly Speaking, I want to know the name of the feature which Microsoft SharePoint provides that the ablility to manage many web applications and expose them as web parts.
I'll try to explane more, from wikipedia:
Microsoft SharePoint is a software platform provides collaboration, Web content management, documents management, enterprise search, Web 2.0 features, and many other features under a single platform.
What I understand from that that it's a collection of features provided in a single system, I would like to search about a software platform similar to SharePoint able to manage many web applications and expose them or provides them as web parts but I don't know the search keywords which I have to look for.
Look for the keyword “Portal”.
