Can't open index.html with Swagger + Maven + Servlet + Tomcat - json

Question

I am trying to integrate Swagger into my Tomcat-Servlet-Application. I copied all files of the dist folder of the swagger-ui into my web folder of my Servlet application, and adapted the web.xml and pom.xml. I am using Eclipse and Maven. I just can't open the index.html, although the Tomcat server gives back the swagger.json content.

I realized my WebContent/WEB-INF/lib folder is empty...
