WebRTC (for video chatting) Adobe AIR ANE for android and iOS - actionscript-3

Is there some ANE or possible other solution for using WebRTC (mainly for video chat) in Adobe AIR (AS3) for mobile ? There are some third party sdks like Twilio or TokBox but they only provide native solutions.
I really need a solution for having cross-platform (or any kind of) good quality video conferencing/chatting library for AIR (android and iOS both).
Thanks

SVG support in Adobe AIR 16.0

I'm trying to use the AMCharts library in a HTML5 Adobe AIR app. Unfortunately this library relies on SVG and according to this page SVG is a Webkit feature not supported in AIR. I have tested this with the most recent version of AIR 16.0.
Does anyone know of a workaround for this, or perhaps a 3rd party plugin that enables SVG support in AIR? This question was asked over 2 years ago on SO, but with SVG increasing in popularity is Adobe planning to introduce SVG support in future versions of AIR?

Which devices support adobe air?

I am willing to switch my old flash and web apps/games to adobe air so they can also be available to mobile users and need to know how known adobe air is among devices. So my efforts don't get waste.
There are mobile devices running FlashPlayer natively. Like you stated, it's possible to compile an AIR application to a native app which allows you to publish for Android and IOS devices, so that makes the reach even bigger.
FlashPlayer capable devices:

Android devices:

IOS devices:

Small note: There are no devices running Adobe AIR(?) correct me if I'm wrong
Have a look at the Adobe AIR Technical Specs
I hope that helps.
AIR itself is not really "known" among mobile devices that I've encountered practically. Instead, AIR will compile to a native app which means an .IPA for iOS or an .APK for Android. In that context it is not technically "AIR" on those devices but the native binary.
If you download the free FlashDevelop here http://www.flashdevelop.org/ you can use their pre-made AIR for Mobile template to see how these are compiled.
Windows 8 / Metro / Surface
The Adobe roadmap focus on Flash Player for Metro / Windows 8 but Adobe has said elsewhere that AIR will be the vehicle for this (http://blogs.adobe.com/digitalmedia/2011/09/flash-support-on-windows-8-and-metro/) but do not yet have firm releases / support http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplatform/whitepapers/roadmap.html.
Blackberry
There is a Blackberry SDK for Blackberry 10 and Playbook. I have not played with these, but you can find out more at https://developer.blackberry.com/air/

does as3 require the flash player

I am helping to build a video based website. My client wants the website to be viewable on ipads/iphones. Therefore, I absolutely can not require the flash viewer.
One of my developers wants to use AS3 for scripting special features in our player. If AS3 scripting is used, does that mean my users must have the flash plugin?
Thanks!
If it's just about playing videos, then html5 based option would be great. But if the requirement is more complicated and the developer is more comfortable with AS3, then you can have an AIR app re-packaged as iOS app (that's a supported workflow from Adobe).
Yes, the users would have to have the Flash Player installed to view an AS3 flash file (.swf).
But your developers might implement an html5 alternative of the video player for iOS that doesn't require flash (which probably will be missing some of those special features) so the website might still be viewable on iOS devices.
My advice would be to simply ask them if it will work on iPad and iPhone :-)

What should I know to develop cross-platform HTML5 game and compile it with PhoneGap Build

I'm thinking about developing HTML5 game to compile it with PhoneGap Build. I'm interested in the Android, iOS and Blackberry platforms. What I want to know is how can I handle different device resolutions with HTML5, what engine/framework is better for this? And are there any other things I need to know about developing a cross-platform app? BTW, for my game I don't need any native things like camera, accelerometer or anything like that, only touch controls.

Adobe Air Mobile: offline playback of DRM videos

I have videos with DRM using flash Access. I would like to be able to play these videos on mobile devices using Air when offline. It is possible to play streaming DRM content on mobile devices but I'm unsure how to save a voucher for offline playback. Since DRMManager is not included in Air Mobile, is this possible and how would it be done?
If DRMManager is not available in the mobile runtime then there is no way to use it, simple as that. Welcome to the perils of coding in a scripting language, that is, being bound to the whims of the people who control the runtime source code.
