What is the best sdk to use to track user/game events through game in Cocos2d-x V3 ? Is there any drag'n'drop sdk for cocos2d-x ( mixpanel is not supported by default ).

For me the best event tracking tool is Google Analytics for iOS and Android.
You can also give a try to Flurry.

React Native Maps - new pricing

Since Google switched their pricing model, and Mobile Native Maps are still unlimited while Javascript SDK maps are limited to 28,000 per month as you can see
here.
Does anyone know which category react-native-maps falls under? Thanks
You can find answer in the documentation of react native maps
The actual map implementation depends on the platform. On Android, one has to use Google Maps, which in turn requires you to obtain an API key for the Android SDK.
On iOS, one can choose between Google Maps or the native Apple Maps implementation.
When using Google Maps on iOS, you need to also register for the iOS SDK and include the Google Maps library in your build.
source: https://github.com/react-community/react-native-maps/blob/master/docs/installation.md
As you can see in case of Android it uses Google Maps Android SDK, in case of iOS it can use Google Maps iOS SDK. The Google Maps JavaScript API is not used in react native maps. That means at the moment the usage is unlimited and free of charge as per Google Maps Platform price sheet.
I hope it clarifies your doubt.

Geofencing and offline maps in Android

It's amazing how easy it is possible to use geofencing with Google Maps API. However for that you have to be "connected" and use online maps. However I can not find how to use geofencing functionality for offline maps and what, if any, offline map provider supports it on Android. Would be thankful for any help here.
Well, I ended up with some hybrid solution. I used MapBox and Open Street Maps for offline map functionality together with Google Play services that allowed me to add geofencing functionality. Somehow I was thinking that geofencing requires to use Google Maps and that was obviously not correct.

Google Maps for Cordova

I am planning to integrate google map feature for my Hybrid Mobile Application.
This is targeted for Android,iOS and Windows.
https://github.com/mapsplugin/cordova-plugin-googlemaps
Above cordova plugin only works for iOS and Android, what about windows phone ? Do I need to use deparate Javascript Web API's of google maps to integrate with Windows phone ?
Since I didn't build this yet before, what can I provide you is some tutorials and different threads.
Like the answer in this thread, what you want to achieve is technically possible, but it is not legal. So basically you need a 3rd party app for these to work.
You can use Bing Map Control to use Google Maps in Windows. This tutorial explains everything with sample code and screenshot for you to follow.

iOS GoogleMap SDK usage limit

I develop an app that uses GoogleMapSDK. Currently I use GMSMapView to display map, and GMSGeocoder to get region name. And I need to know if there is usage limitation for this
I found a statement here stating 'native Maps APIs for mobile platforms such as Android and iOS are not affected'. But I'm not sure if both classes I use counted as native Map APIs.
So my question : Is there any usage limit/quota for GMSMapView/GMSGeocoder or maybe any other class in SDK?
Thanks
The native Google Maps API for iOS means the entire iOS SDK documented at https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/ios/reference/index. This includes GMSMapView and GMSGeocoder, and so there are no usage limits for those classes, or for any other classes in that SDK.

Google Map API for flash AS3

Please tell me if Google Maps API is available for Flash. If it's already deprecated for Flash then which one is the best third-party or other alternative?
My goal is to make an Android Maps app using Flash Builder 4.6.
Just use MapQuest. It is free and works on both, Android and iOS. I used it for an app 1 month ago and it works more then fine.
