How can I deploy my windows phone 8.1 app? - windows-phone-8.1

I have just updated my Visual Studio Professional 2013 with update 2 RC. I made a simple app to try. I choose to release and click the build button in projects but it isn't work for creating xxxx.appx file. It's creating xxx.exe and other files.
How can I create .appx package in 8.1 ?

Like windows phone 8.0 apps for windows phone store 8.1 apps there is no.xap file is created after running the app.Windows phone store 8.1 apps are deployed through windows store with .appx file.So that you have to right click on the on project, go to store, create app package. You wont get a xap but an appx, which is the new xap.

How to get store certificate for Win phone 8.1 app?

i have a question about certificate for windows phone 8.1 Universal app.
I passed these steps but certificate wasn't appeare in project:
I open it in Visual Studio 2015.
Right click project and choose Store=>Associate app with store
I log in my microsoft developer account and choose app from the list
I checke information about Publisher, Package and so on and press next
After these steps Package.StoreAssociation.xml is created, but AppName_StoreKey.pfx isn't.
Please, help me. What should I do to get AppName_StoreKey.pfx certificate.
(I don't need test certificate).
Thank you.
For my experience, only Windows 8.1 app project will contain a TemporaryKey.pfx file. If you create a universal Windows 8.1 app, it will include an AppName.Windows_TemporaryKey.pfx file under the Windows 8.1 project but not Windows Phone 8.1. This should also apply to the _StoreKey.pfx.
But it won't make effect on your package submission. Just make sure you have associated your app with the Store, the identity info will be aligned automatically. You can still manage to upload your package:

Also, you can check the two Windows universal 8.1 package manifests in designer.
The Windows 8.1 package manifest have the choose certificate option while Windows phone 8.1 does not:

How to package and upload my Cordova App to Windows Store from Visual Studio 2013

We paid a developer account in Windows Store (enterprise).
We created a Cordova 3.7 app for Windows Phone 8.1 and even we could test directly on a phone with Windows 8.1 from Visual Studio 2013 and everything worked in the hardware.
therefore, We begin to fill in the details for the App We need to publish in the store.
There is a section in which we are asked to upload a packaged App so here We have the chance of selecting it on the disk.
Our problem is We don't know how to create the pack and where in the disk Visual Studio left it.
We started to search in msdn.microsoft.com and these are the ideas we could get (but still couldn't make a pack):
1) Every where in MSDN they talk about a STORE option on Visual Studio. We can see this option in the ppal menu but all its options are disabled.
But in a forum, after searching a lot, We could figure out that this is normal for Cordova Apps on Visual Studio 2013 because they are considered as Silverlight Apps.
Then We find out again a doc in MSDN about uploading Silverlight Apps to Win Store. They say this kind of Apps must be packed and uploaded by hand.
2) So We focused in find out how to prepare a Windows Phone Silverlight 8.1 app for publishing.
This is a link in MSDN :http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/dn655122(v=vs.105).aspx
But a new problem comes out, We don’t have any Package.appxmanifest.xml file in our project but only have aWMAppManifest.xml file.
We finally find out only Windows Phone 8.1 projects on Visual Studio have the Package.appxmanifest.xml file and it seems that my Cordova Project was generated like a kind of a Win Phone 8.0, what is not that bad because we want our App to be supported by Windows P. 8.0 and 8.1 devices.
But at the end of all this journey, we are stuck at the first step again. So we realized we don't know how pack a Windows Phone 8 (Cordova) App in order to be uploaded to Windows Store.
How and where Visual Studio 2013 make the pack and what is the extension name of this file.
The App, as I said, is ok and can be deployed and executed OK in a real phone from Visual Studio (run button)
Sorry, We know the question is large but We wanted to clear what We had reached so you know What We are asking and What We could have done bad just in case.
Thanks in advance, We think a lot of people could profit of the answer of experts in this matter because a summary is needed, the info in MSDN seem disperse.
You cannot upload a Windows Phone Silverlight xap to the Windows Store, only to the Windows Phone store. To upload to the Windows Phone store you won't need the Package.appxmanifest for a Windows Phone 8 app (only for a Windows Phone 8.1 app).
You'll upload the xap file created when you build for release with the normal build process. You don't need to do any further modifications for a Silverlight app.
You can create either Windows Phone or Windows Store apps with Visual Studio Tools for Apache Cordova
Use Project->Store->Create App Packages.. from visual studio menu.

Create windows phone package using Visual Studio 2012

I developed a Windows Phone 8 App in Visual Studio 2012 and I'd like to create the Store/App Package. The documentation says I should have a "Project" > "Store" > "Create App Package" menu option, but there is no "Store" option in my "Project" Tab.
If you are developing Windows Phone 8 app in Visual Studio, you don't need to proceed above method. Just run your application.
You will find .XAP file in YourProject/Bin/Debug. Upload the .XAP file. If you are creating Universal apps or Windows Phone 8.1 app, there you may create App Package.

Unable to Create App package (the .appxupload file) in Visual Studio 2013 for a windows phone 8 app

Create App pakages option is disabled..
Cuz i have to upload my app package so as to publish it.. so am stuck with it.
i Have also logind with my developer microsoft account to0.
Edit:
actually in Visual Studio 2013,
in PROJECT > STORE> (all the options available are disabled)... so this the problem.
If your app is Windows Phone 8.1 App, you can create appx package using project -> store in vs.
But if your app is Windows Phone 8 App or Windows Phone Silverlight 8.1 App, you don't need to create appx file, the only file you need is xap file in Bin/Release(or Debug) folder. When you publish it, just upload your xap file is OK.
Happened the same to me, and (after 20 minutes of VS restarts), I realized the Project needs to be selected instead of the Solution at the Solution Explorer.
This way all Store options are enabled again.

Why do I not see "Store" in the project menu for my Windows Phone 8.0 app?

According to official guide - i have to build a .appxupload file via special Wizard. Unfortunately, i simply don't have the option "Store" in Project menu. I only have "test Store" with opportunities to test my app's icons, XAP-file, etc.. Can anyone help with this stupid situation? Thanks in advance.
Windows Phone 8.0 apps are packaged in .xap files.
Windows Phone 8.1 apps are packaged in .appx/.appxupload files.
Your app is an 8.0 app so your app will be packaged in a .xap file which is generated when you build the app using the mode Release.
If you want to output a .appx file you'll need to do the following:
Get Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 RTM
Convert your 8.0 app to an 8.1 app
Right-click the project and go to Store -> Create App Packages...
