I've text vector & its corresponding term vector, I want to learn a Decision Tree using ID3 algorithm in rapid miner, But I don't know how to process such data for ID3 Algorithm. I've tried to run ID3(Read CSV->ID3->Model) over term vector but I don't know whether It's working correct or not. Please help.
The ID3 Alogrithm does not accept numerical attributes. You will need to perform a preprocessing step or choose an alternative learning algorithm.
To convert numerical to nominal, you need to use one of the Discretize operators. These create bins into which the numerical values are placed. The attribute's name remains the same but its type changes to nominal. The value that an attribute has for a particular example is then dictated by the bin into which it was placed.

The element segments section
The idea of this section is to fill the WebAssembly.Table objects with content. Initially there was only one table, and its only possible content were indexes/ids of functions. You could write:
(elem 0 (offset (i32.const 1)) 2)
It means: during the instantiation of the instance fill index 1 of table 0 with a value of 2, like tables[0][1] = 2;. Here 2 is the index of the function the table will store.
The type of element segment above is called active nowadays, and after the instantiation it will no longer be accessible by the application (they are "dropped"). From the specs:
An active element segment copies its elements into a table during instantiation, as specified by a table index and a constant expression defining an offset into that table
So far so good. But it was recognized that there is a need for a more powerful element segment section. Introduced were the passive and the declarative element segments.
The passive segment is not used during the instantiation and it is always available at runtime (until is not dropped, by the application itself, with elem.drop). There are instructions (from the Bulk memory and table instructions proposal, already integrated into the standard) that can be used to do operations with tables and element segments.
A declarative element segment is not available at runtime but merely serves to forward-declare references that are formed in code with instructions like ref.func.
Here is the test suite, where you can see many examples of element segments (in a text format).
The binary format
Assuming that you parser the code, you read one u32, and based on its value you expect the format from specification:
0 means an active segment, as the one above, for an implicit table index of 0, and a vector of func.refs.
1 means a passive segment, the elemkind (0x00 for func.ref at this time), followed by a vector of the respective items (func.refs).
2 is an active segment.
3 means a declarative segment.
4 is an active segment where the values in the vector are expressions, not just plain indexes (so you could have (i32.const 2) in the above example, instead of 2).
5 passive with expressions
6 active with table index and expressions
7 declarative with expressions
For this reason the specs says that from this u32 [0..7] you can use its three lower bits to detect what is the format that you have to parse. For example, the 3th bit signifies "is the vector made of expressions?".
Now, all that said, it seems that the reference types proposal is not (yet) fully integrated into the specification's binary format (but seems to be in the text one). When it is you will be able to have other then 0x00 (func.ref) for an elemkind.
It is visible that some of this formats overlap, but the specification evolves, and for backward compatibility reasons with the earliest versions the format is like this today.

what's the meaning of 'parameterize' in deep learning? As shown in the photo, does it means the matrix 'A' can be changed by the optimization during training?
Yes, when something can be parameterized it means that gradients can be calculated.
This means that the (dE/dw) which means the derivative of Error with respect to weight can be calculated (i.e it must be differentiable) and subtracted from the model weights along with obviously a learning_rate and other params being included depending on the optimizer.
What the paper is saying is that if you make a binary matrix a weight and then find the gradient (dE/dw) of that weight with respect to a loss and then make an update on the binary matrix through backpropagation, there is not really an activation function (which by requirement must be differentiable) that can keep the values discrete (like 0 and 1) but rather you will end up with continous values (like these decimal values).
Therefore it is saying since the idea of having binary values be weights and for them to be back-propagated in a way where the weights + activation function also yields an updated weight matrix that is also binary is difficult, another solution like the Bernoulli Distribution is used instead to initialize parameters of a model.

If I calculate a two-way ANOVA with the code "aov", what should I use to interpret the data, the "summary" of the ANOVA shown in the console or the apa.aov.table which produces a APA style table in word? The p-Values differ a lot.
I suspect that the reason why the p values differs is that the aov() function defaults to type I sums of squares. However, the apa.aov.table() function defaults to type III sums of squares, unless specified otherwise (documentation here: https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/apaTables/versions/2.0.8/topics/apa.aov.table).
At least in my area, type III sums of squares is kind of the standard at the moment, so if that is also the case for you, I would recommend the Anova() function from the "Car" package, which allows you to specify which type you would like to use.

Is one hot encoding of target column necessary or we can use label encoded target column and just use the loss as "SparseCategoricalCrossEntropy"
The number of units in output layer is always equal to number of classes? Does it depends on type of encoding we are performing on target column ?
Unless you are dealing with RNNs ( sequential inputs ) , you can use SparseCategoricalCrossEntropy as loss (when the target aren't one hot encoded).
In the caffe-input layer one can define a mean image that holds mean values of all the images used. From the image net example: "The model requires us to subtract the image mean from each image, so we have to compute the mean".
My question is: What is the implementation of this subtraction? Is it simply :
used_image = original_image - mean_image
or
used_image = mean_image - original_iamge
or
used_image = |original_image - mean_image|^2
if it is one of the first two, then how are negative pixels handeld ? Since the pictures are usually stored in uint8 it would mean that it simply starts from the beginning. e.g
200 - 255 = 56
Why I need to know this? I made tests and I know that the second example or the third example would work better.
It's the first one, a trivial normalization step. Using the second instead wouldn't really matter: the weights would invert.
There are no "negative pixels", per se: this is simply integer input to the matrix operations. You are welcome to interpret this as a visual alteration of some sort, but the arithmetic doesn't care.
