Get First Record on Page in SSRS

I'm looking for a way to get the first record on each page to be used on the page header or the table (Tablix) header.
For instance I'm looking to have something like "first(Fields!EmpName.Value, Global!PageNumber)" where each time the page changes the displayed name for the page changes.
Thanks
You need to use the ReportItems collection. This gives you access to rendered output.
First find the name of the textbox that contains the data you want to show from you tablix (e.g. EmpName). note: this may not be the same as the field name, its the textbox name property you need. By defalut it will be the same as the field name, just check.
Then in your page header, add a textbox and set the expression to
=FIRST(ReportItems!textboxname.Value)

Showing a HTML page inside SSRS report

I have a html file with some images in a directory. I would simply want to open a report and show the html file (including the images) inside the report. Is there a way to achieve this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
I've found this : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd207057.aspx. Tell me if it's useful? ;oP
To add HTML from a field in your dataset into a text box
1.On the Insert tab, click List. Click the design surface, and then drag to create a box that is the size you want.
The Dataset Properties dialog box opens. You can use a shared dataset or a dataset embedded in your report. For more information, click Dataset Properties Dialog Box, Query (Report Builder) or Dataset Properties Dialog Box, Query.
2.On the Insert tab, click Text Box. Click in the list, and then drag to create a box that is the size you want.
3.Drag an HTML field from your dataset into the text box. A placeholder is created for your field.
4.Right-click the placeholder, and then click Placeholder Properties.
5.On the General tab, verify that the Value box contains an expression that evaluates to the field you dropped in step 3.
6.Click HTML - Interpret HTML tags as styles. This causes the field to be evaluated as HTML.
7.Click OK.
Alright, this is what resolved the issue. I am converting the html to a image using CutyCapt and storing the image in the database as a blob. In the report I have a image control which refers to the image and this works fine.
Hope this helps.
Thanks everyone.

Hyperlink control in Access App

I've created a hyperlink control on a form page in an Access 2013 App hosted in SharePoint 2013, and want the text to display the same text ("Print Timesheet") while the actual link itself varies based on the value of a field in the record. This is so that I can link to a separate application using a query string with the individual record ID, which gets the data directly from the azure database and formats it in order to be printed out.
I've tried a macro expression to create the link address that runs "on current" and sets the value of the hyperlink, and also tried a computed column in the table to create the link which I pass to the hyperlink control value. I've set the "Default Display Text" on the hyperlink control to "Print Timesheet" in both cases.
The problem I have is that whichever way I try it, changing the value on the fly like this overrides the default display text of the hyperlink so that it displays the address itself rather than the text I want to display.
Is there any way round this?
Thanks,
Duncan
I am not sure if you got your answers. I was randomly looking on internet and found your query.
I thought the thread Troubles with Hyperlink control in Access Web App forms may have your answer.

.....
If you have to build a url field dynamically, the basic syntax is
displaytext#url#
so, in my dynamic field....
=Concat("Click here#/relative/path/on/my/sharepointsite/allitems.aspx&ID=",[ID],"#")
....
You could use a label on the form to represent the link. Have the Label.Caption property set to "Print Timesheet" and use the On Current event to set the Label.HyperlinkAddress property to whatever the address from the recordsource is.

Sending field parameters to SSRS action link

I was trying to pass field parameters to Action Link in SSRS like,
http://mysite.aspx?id="+Fields!ID.Value
but it is saying as, Input String was not in a correct format. When i tried with the format
as http://mysite.aspx?id=10(10 is static not dynamic). It is not showing any error.
Please tell me what i can do, as i'm struck up with this issue.
Thanks in Advance,
Raghava.
right click the field you want to make hyperlink and select TextBox Properties, and then go to Action tab in the popup that appears.
and choose Go To Url option and click on expression and set the below given expression.
="http://mysite.aspx?id=" & Fields!ID.Value
it should work.

How Jump automatically to another report according to a value. Reporting Services

Reporting Services
I need to jump to a specific report according to the value that takes a variable data set.
For example: If the variable has the value = 2, then go to the report 'Informe_1' but if the value is = 4, then go to the report 'Informe_2', this automatically without having to click anything. That is a generic type of report which determines which of the 2 reports must be charged according to the value of the variable.
Currently I have in the properties of the variable, in action, go to report, but I need to specify the condition to be 'Informe_1' or 'Informe_2' according to the value of that variable (2 or 4).
I'm not aware of a way to automatically go to a specific report without the user clicking something; however, you can specify an expression for the Action on something and that way the user will get the report specified by your variable when they do click.
In Design view, right-click the text box, image, or chart to which you want to add a link and then click Properties.
In the item's Properties dialog box, click Action.
Select Go to report. Additional sections appear in the dialog box for this option.
In Specify a report, click Browse to locate the report that you want to jump to, or type the name of the report. Alternatively, click the expression (fx) button to create an expression for the report name.
Also, see Expression Examples (Report Builder 3.0 and SSRS) for more information about expressions.
You can also alter the visibility of a linked item similarly. To give an example, in some of my own reports I have a hidden #ReportParameter that I use to pass the report to return to when a Back link is clicked. If that parameter is empty I hide the link. I use Go to report and specify =Parameters!ParentReport.Value in the expression for the Action. For Visibilty with show or hide based on an expression selected, visible is false and hidden is true. That makes my Visibility expression =Parameters!ParentReport.Value = "".
