I would like to ask, which one is mostly preferred development technology among HTML5 and qt5 ?; mainly on embedded devices by considering performance, animation effects. Also I would like to know few 'pros' and 'cons' of these two in embedded application development.

I was looking for a quick Form/Report template that I can incorporate a current database into by just binding the fields to the specific fields that are in the template.

I was about to start using http://raphaeljs.com/ for the first time on quite a big project but I'm wondering about learning a new library that many not be supported.
The github page shows 33 pull requests and the last commit 9 months ago. SHould this should be a concern or should I dive in?

What are the best resources for both making sure that a website passes accessibility guidelines and for learning to build accessible websites?
