I have a problem with my website, and that is when i visit it and click somewhere a BIG text marker is shown at the side.

If you're using Firefox, you may have it set to "Caret Mode" - press F7 to disable.
I tried it on your site, and got a big black bar on the side as you reported.
I discovered Caret Mode the hard way myself: when you hit F7 it asks you to confirm that you want to switch - both the pressing F7 and the confirmation were done by my cat on the keyboard (!) and I couldn't figure out what had screwed up my browser...
Are you referring to the large block of text that stays at the bottom? That appears in the HTML like anything else and appears when I load the page. I don't see anything else appearing when I click around.

It happens if you have "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" enabled in Firefox.

I can't find anybody facing the same problem as mine.
Every time I click an image on google image, suddenly the whole page disappear, but I'm still able to click things just like everything is still there.
I already turn off all extension, use incognito mode, after finally I try to use inspect element, and found attribute stating "Opacity: 0" on the body. And after unchecking the box (Quick disable attribute in inspect element chrome) everything shows up again.
I'm so confused on why this is happening.
Does anyone have ever facing the same problem?
Or how do I fix it?
It's so frustrating, because I have to refresh the page, every time I click on an image, or switch between images
so I was having this one. in the end, it was a virus.
In my case, it was showing an AD screen on the main google page, and in the sources>gstatic.com it had a different source which also was in a [unknown] source.
dug a bit up and discover some adware was using gstatic as a proxy to show ads on all browsers.
I solved it by running malwarebytes, it found it pretty quickly and solved it for me.
Posting this here because I'm hoping it helps people who search for this issue in the future.

I have installed ArcMap Desktop 10.5.1 on a new computer and have a problem. I have never experienced with any previous versions of ArcMap.
Pressing the button of the toolbar for the Editor
I can’t access the toolbar.
I also can see that the program notices that I have pressed the button by the ArcMap-window ‘flickering’ and I see the Editor-window that should open for less than a second at some occasions.
I have tried to see if it ends up hidden somewhere, but it does not seems like it.

I have tried to search for answers both at the ESRI help-page, here in stackoverflow and in other broad search engines, but this doesn’t seem to be a common problem.
This problem can have many causes and there are 2 different ways to open the editor toolbar.
Try click Customize > Toolbars > Editor (I will add a pic for it)
Right-click while your mouse on the main menu. The toolbar will be open directly and check the editor. Same solution.
If you have still this problem you must see another reason for the problem.
For example, do you using a second monitor? If you using it maybe the editor toolbar coming from another monitor. Check your monitor/monitors also.
If you still have problems, please write. There is another solution.
However, I am not writing now because it will reset usage of interface.
I have just now sended the following message to google chrome developer:

As you know, when debugging a web page with javascript, the Chrome
debugger allows to pause the execution of the code on breakpoints. In
this moment is possible to move the mouse onto a variable to see what
value has in: when the mouse is on the variable chrome code
inspector/debugger shows a little tip showing the variable value.
The problem is that such little bubble tip sometimes is toooo little
and it is not possible to see the content.
Please correct its size (make it resizable) to make possible to read
its content or it isn't useful.

Before the last update was working perfectly (or at least I didn't see anything wrong in its behavior!), but now the following image shows the issue that sometimes happens:
As shown into the above img, part of the bubble tip content is shown, part is hidden, and it is not possible to scroll the bubble tip neither up|down nor left|right: scrollbars are greyed. Sometimes scrollbars don't appear at all.
You can scroll the tool tip as per the animation below:
A possible workaround could be adding the variable to the watch list:
Procedure:
right click on the variable
Into right click menu click on "Add selected text to watches"
This allows to keep an eye on the watchlisted var contents, even if they hidden into the bubble tip.
It is not completely handy, but works.
I don't know what I've switched on (by accident) but every time I have the Inspect Element area open and then try to click anything on the webpage not within the Inspect Element area (especially something jQuery related like a slideshow for example) it greys the page, shows a message saying 'Paused in debugger' and then opens a jQuery file within the Sources section of Inspect Element.
Within the 'Call Stack' area, it shows a message saying 'Paused on a "click" Event Listener'.
I don't remember switching this feature on but I'm keen for it to be switched off.
I know this question has been asked before - I thought I'd found the answer when everyone suggested we look to see if the 'Pause' option is switched on (blue). However, it's not switched on, it's grey not blue or any other colour and when I hover over it, it says "Don't pause on exceptions. Click to Pause on all exceptions".
You might also check the Source tab, check under the Event Listener Breakpoints panel if you've set any breakpoints under 'Mouse'.

Found solution here, if the little octagonal stop/pause sign (at lower left of Chrome "Sources") is colored (blue or purple), you need to click on it until it's black again.
It did drive me nuts for a short while.....scroll all the way to the bottom of breakpoint window and you'll find XHR Breakpoints & under it there is the Any XHR checkbox...
Goto the sources tab and check all breakpoints.
Go to Elements tab and remove all breakpoints from right pane under DOM Breakpoints
One possible cause, it that you've enabled the "pause on exceptions" (the little stop-sign shaped icon with the pause (||) symbol with in in the lower left of the window). Try clicking that back to the off/grey state (not red nor blue states) and reload the page.
For me, I resolved it by temporarily disabling the Chrome Bitwarden extension.
You could check to see in the Sources tab in the devtools panel to see what is causing this error, it could be an extension.
To open the devtools panel on Chrome, press the F12 key.
For Visual Studio Users, just go Tools>Options>Debugging and make disabled it
Was just trying to cobble a quick site together as a favour for my sister. It's based on a template she bought and I've just quickly bunged her copy/pictures in, so I'm aware the markup is far from perfect. That said, I can't see how it would be causing the following issue...
The template uses a jQuery plugin called jScrollPane to make the content sections scrollable. Sometimes however, in Chrome (v20) this doesn't work - it doesn't let you scroll all the way down.
What's really odd though, is the pattern I've found that seems to effect whether it works or not. Try the following
Go to http://mattandkate2012.co.uk in Google Chrome - click 'Ceremony' - can you scroll down far enough to see the map? I can't.
Press the reload icon, click 'Ceremony' - can you scroll down? I can't.
Select the URL in the browser URL bar, press enter - can you scroll down? I can now!
Does everyone else get the same results as above, and do you have any idea why pressing enter in the URL bar has a different effect to the reload button?
This functionality works fine in Firefox and even IE!

From a very quick look I guess it's because the section contains an image and you aren't re-initialising jScrollPane once the image loads. See:

The difference between refreshing and pressing enter in the location bar is that the cached image is shown when you press enter in the location bar...
I would suggest moving the call to $('.content').jScrollPane({showArrows: true}); to inside the $(document).ready block - if you call it before the document is ready often images or other elements won't have loaded and so the height of the containers will be wrong.
