Combine data with same id in one column - mysql

I have this problem. I need to combine data with the same id in one column. The data are separated with ','. I use group_concat but the result is that it combines all. What I need is for example:

Why not group_concat the values in a sub-query and then join it to your main result set:
SELECT A.bookId,
A.bookDate,
A.serviceDate,
A.bookTime,
A.status,
d.Servis,
B.custId,
B.custFname,
B.custLname,
B.custContact,
B.custEmail,
B.gender
FROM (
SELECT bookId,
GROUP_CONCAT(serviceItemId SEPARATOR ',') AS Servis
FROM booking_service
GROUP BY bookId
) d
JOIN booking A ON a.bookID = d.bookID
JOIN booking_service C on A.bookId = C.bookId
JOIN customer B ON B.custId = A.cust_fk WHERE A.cust_fk = 4

You need to use GROUP BY with GROUP_CONCAT if you want to limit the results to, for example, a single bookId.

Get 3 column left join based on same one table

I have 3 column here in tblItem
purchase
stock
calculate
and this 3 column have to join with tblMeasurement
name
I have tried this, but when I display 3 columns show the same all.

As you see my sql above, it has join only for purchaseMeasurementID. How do I join stockMeasurementID and calculationMeasurementID based on also tblPurMeasurement ? Is there any missing here?
Try using this subquery instead.

The first line of the select will not work, I know this, but I'm just trying to demonstrate what it is I want from this query,
What I'm trying to achieve, is to have another column in my select called additional_departments which would be the department field from my additionaldepartments table, joined together in a string separated with commas.
What you want is GROUP_CONCAT():

Show names from two values

I am trying to get a SQL code but can't really figure out how to do it so I will explain what I want.
I have 4 tables called Person, Customer, Adres and Store. Now I have to show each customer NAMES which lives in the same city as where there is a Store. So First I figured out which persons are customers by:
SELECT person_name
FROM person
WHERE person_id IN
(SELECT Person_Person_Id
FROM customer);
Which stores are in which city:
SELECT Store_name, adres_city
FROM store s, adres a
WHERE s.Adres_Adres_Id = a.adres_id;
Note that person_person_id is the same as person_id just as a fk.
I am stuck at this code and don''t know how to go further from here. My column name of table adres = adres_city.

If you are not sure, that all your keys in tables are uniq, uncomment --distinct in the first string.
Or, if you are want to know statistics among your cities, do this:

count(distinct a.person_id) as cnt

join dbo.Adres b on a.adres_adres_id = b.Adres_Id
join dbo.Customer c on a.person_id = c.Person_Person_Id

How to combine two sql counts from same joined table

another annoying student here!
Today I spend hours trying to combine (select) 2 already joined SQL outputs + the ID of the original table in a single table output. which ultimately resulted in this query:

Now this is a false result, the second column gives an almost constant value for all user entries. I think this must be solved with some kind of EXTRA join but I literally ran out of ideas. Thanks in advance..!
Your JOIN is missing an ON clause to relate dUser_idUser.
But, the simplest way to write the query uses conditional aggregation:

Each query gives you all users by ID and their workdays or weekends. You need to JOIN the results of the two query on the user ID.

Trying to add one last SUM() column to my query in SQL Server 2008

I have the first query which is producing correct results. What I need is I need to add the sum of values as a last column grouped by surveyid. I can't insert Sum(c.value) into the first query because it is an aggregate function. I have the correct query as my second query below. I know there's pivot functionality but not sure if it can be used here. I do realize that there will be repetition but that's okay.

You can use SUM if you add the OVER clause. In this case:

By having a subquery with the SUM(...) you should be able to get that sum as a single value and you don't need to use any grouping function
