Twitter data to Endeca Studio - Complete process - json

I have been trying to find out how to get Twitter feeds via Twitter API to Integrator and eventually to Studio.
I have successfully been able to setup the API and now I have relevant tweets in a json file.
But I am clueless about how do i get this data to the studio. This json file contains all kind of information about the tweets (Who, where, when how etc) in addition to the Tweet text itself.
I need to get these tweets into the endeca studio.
Please help me out here. Any help would be great.
Thanks & Regards,
Naman

I suspect that you do not want them in Dev Studio, but you want them incorporated into your index.
If that is indeed the case, you need to bring them in via either an xml file or database, unless someone has created a json adapter to perform the task.
Then you will be able to search the tweets like you would any other record in your endeca index.
Good luck.

How to save data with JSON in a Xamarin app?

Good day dear developers, I really need your help. I want to make an app in Xamarin. In which I added some text data, and it is saved in this application. I need this information to be in the application, and I could get it without the Internet. I understand that you need to use JSON. I really want you to at least give a little hint on how I can store information using JSON in my Xamarin application. Thanks a lot!)
I tried to find information on Google, but there is a lot of superfluous and inappropriate
Depending on your data an easy way could be to use Preferences from Xamarin.Essentials which allows you to store key/value pairs: link to description
Another option would be to save files with JSON as you mentioned already. You create a class which holds your data and then serialize/deserialze the objects to files and from files. For this you can use the Newtonsoft.Json which is a nuget package that you can install.
If you have a MyData class and an data object it would look like this:
Serialize:
File.WriteAllText("fileName", JsonConvert.SerializeObject(data));
Deserialze:
var myData = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject<MyData>(File.ReadAllText("fileName"));
Different platforms has their own file system. For example, iOS limits our access to the file system, which is called Application sandbox. To save or load files, you could learn some basic info first:
for iOS, refer to File system access in Xamarin.iOS.
for Android, refer to File Storage and Access with Xamarin.Android
Xamarin forms provides several ways to use Xamarin forms local data storage. First is use File Handling just as Mario K mentioned. For Serializing JSON, you could refer to Serializing JSON.
Another is that you could use SQLite database engine which allows Xamarin.Forms applications to load and save data objects in shared code. More info, you could refer to Xamarin.Forms Local Databases.
I think you could first check these documentation and decide which method you prefer to use. If you still have questions, feel free to ask.
Hope it works for you.

Extract JSON Data From ThingSpeak API

so i want to get the value from one oof my fields in my thingspeak, i'm able to extract data from my channels but i want to get only one specific field
i read the documentation and the api link that looks like this
https://api.thingspeak.com/channels/<channel_id>/feeds.json?results=1
and when i opened the link it showed this
{"channel":{"id":1688112,"name":"ESP8266 - Web Controlled LED","latitude":"0.0","longitude":"0.0","field1":"Command","field2":"Red LED","field3":"Green LED","field4":"Blue Led","created_at":"2022-03-29T00:36:06Z","updated_at":"2022-04-06T03:12:36Z","last_entry_id":443},"feeds":[{"created_at":"2022-04-10T07:06:01Z","entry_id":443,"field1":null,"field2":"0","field3":"0","field4":"0"}]}
so my question is how do i extract the data for example from my field2 data where "field2":"0"?
i want to use it for my project in my html where later it can do some functions in my content.
thanks!
It really depends on the program you use.
But usually you find a JSON library to be installed in your IDE.
With it you extract any field from the JSON file

How do I use Pentaho spoon to push data from MySQL database to facebook webpage

1) I have already made transformation mapping for getting data from specific MySQL (Table Input) and convert it as Text File output.
2) Also I have created a facebook developer account page and trying to figure out how the Facebook API works to push data from MYsql to facebook.
3) would appreciate if transformation mapping can be provided. Also I would not like to use XML, instead I would like to use JSON.
Already the msql table is converted to csv file, but I am not sure how to post the csv file to facebook or is there a way to connect mysql table to facebook directly. Please share your ideas or transformation mapping. Thanks
I would Assuemm you are familiar with Facebook Development API to do all actions like post,get and so on.
You have a step called "REST CLIENT STEP" in Pentaho.
you will have an API url to post the data that you want from mySQL. There several methods GET PUT POST DELETE
Also set the Application Format to Json (XML,JSON etc).
I used to read data from FB using REST Client by using GET Method. Work around.

JSON to PDF React

my application is having backend n Java and front-end in React.I am getting response for an API from server as JSON and rendering that to a page.l want to provide a download option with download as PDF and Excel.Can some one please guide me what will be the best option for it.
You can use stimulsoft.js for this.
You have to download stimulsoft deisgner
You have to design a report which surely meets your json format
Integrate min.js of stimulsoft into your project
Modify it as per your requirements.
Follow the instructions given by stimulsoft.

How to import PBP Data from NFL.com into R

I am trying to import data from past NFL games in the form of Play-by-play tables and am mostly working in R to collect the data and create a data set.
An example of the data I am after is on this page: http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2012020500/2011/POST22/giants#patriots#menu=gameinfo&tab=analyze&analyze=playbyplay
I know that NFL.com uses JSON and much of the necessary data are in JSON files attached to the site. My efforts at extracting data from these files using the JSON package in R have been pretty feeble. Any advice y'all have is appreciated.
Would I just be better off using PHP to farm the data?
I don't know if you have already succeeded loading the JSON files into R, but here is an example of that:
library(rjson)
json=fromJSON(file='http://www.nfl.com/liveupdate/game-center/2012020500/2012020500_gtd.json')
json$`2012020500`$home$stats
If you are having trouble finding the URL of the JSON file, use Firebug (an extension for Firefox) and you can see the webpage requesting the JSON file.
The JSON file, is, of course, huge and complicated. But it is complicated data. Whatever you are looking for should be in there. If you are just looking for a straight dump of the play-by-play text, then you can use this URL:
http://www.nfl.com/widget/gc/2011/tabs/cat-post-playbyplay?gameId=2012020500
I extracted all the data for one team for one season more-or-less manually. If you want data for a lot of games consider emailing the league and asking for the files you mentioned. They publish the data, so maybe they will give you the files. The NFL spokesman is Greg Aiello. I suspect you could find his email address with Google.
Sorry this is not a suggested programming solution. If this answer is not appropriate for the forum please delete it. It is my first posted answer.
